It was a nice place to stay for Disneyland visit.
The location is very quiet and not far from Paris. There are good transport connections including buses, TER and RER.
If you plan to go by foot from Esbly station, mind that the road goes along the canal and it doesn't have road cover and your shoes can be dirty and muddy after this walk ;)
The flat itself is rather unique and cosy. It is located under the roof and has nice views and bird singing included.
The kitchen was equipped with all necessary staff for cooking and food processing.
The bathroom with Jacuzzi isn't in a separate room but bordered with a special decorative shelter, so you can't see anybody inside.
The apartment is great for its price! My daughter liked it greatly!

The owner is very friendly. The cleanliness and the welcome - very good. The rotating fan - it was a hot week. There were loads of electrical outlets. The fast response to my requests from the owner. There was a very nice coffee machine. The cleaning person was very good. A great idea to have a 'half-door' and way of opening the door window at night. Very good to have a microwave too. There was a lovely promenade along a canal just 3 mins walk from the property. There is a fab 'all you can eat' restaurant about 5 mins cycle away. Quiet neighbourhood - felt very safe at all times. Only 10 min cycle from a station with a frequent RER train service.

Was very clean and the lobby was very modern. The breakfast options were good and is very close to Disneyland. Shuttle comes every half an hour and takes about 5 minutes to get to Disney.

Condé is a small town with few shops but is near places...
Condé is a small town with few shops but is near places where there are plenty shops. It is a nice quiet place that feels very safe. There is a hilly aspect which one can enjoy, or lovely canal bank walks for 3 - 4 kms. There is also a lovely walk from Condé to Montry along the banks of the Grand Morin. There is a very interesting museum devoted to Louis Braille about 15 mins cycle away. The station in Esbly serves Paris Est, regular RER train service. I had a bicycle and the traffic on the roads are not too heavy.
