The house is very tasteful and quirky and we both had a very peaceful night’s sleep. The grounds were beautiful. The host was fantastic and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We took advantage of the dinner option which was just fab, and we got to meet another couple and chat to them all evening. A perfect stop over and end to our French holiday. We will definitely choose this place again!

Pleasant location. Lovely ‘typique’ hotel. Very quiet location. Madame could not have been any nicer or helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we’re in that part of France

Ideal location for stopover to South West France. Very dog friendly. Isabelle is a great host and provided a fantastic breakfast to set us on our way. Beds very comfortable.

ENCHANTING
Period property tastefully furnished set in manicured grounds. The host Jean-Françoise was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We felt immediately at home. The breakfast was all homemade, jams, puddings etc. We were sorry we had to leave. Will definitely return for a much longer stay.

I wanted somewhere to stay that was well situated between Rouen and Alencon and near the A28. I was able to check-in very late which was really helpful and it wasn't till the morning that realised the house was in such a beautiful location with fantastic views from the breakfast room.
