Although the owner said he didn't speak English well, he was brilliant. We were made so welcome, even considering he had a big family gathering that evening. We were looked after and well fed. If we return that way we will certainly be booking there again.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The house is situated in the countryside with a lot of hiking and walking paths around. Easy to walk my dog. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s design, which combined modern comforts with a cozy, homely feel. I highly recommend "La Ruche" to anyone looking for a charming and relaxing place to stay.
A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Aubigné, L'ancien Cafe - Suites and Gites is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the inner courtyard.

Friendly, welcoming Dutch hosts. Bastiaan was great considering they weren't aware they're gite was being advertised yet! Error by booking.com.
Beautifully renovated property. They'd clearly tried to think of everything to make guests comfortable.
The floors were exceptionally cold but it is February & they did, thankfully provide 'slippers'! I imagine this will be a huge bonus in the summer heat anyway!

Chef Boutonne is very quiet and restaurants are in short supply but by going to nearby towns you can always find something. Eating in the day is a good option as many serve at lunchtime but not at night.

We have family there.
We have family there. A lovely town which we always enjoy visiting. Large family gathering for a funeral this time which is why we had to seek alternative accommodation. Could'nt have been better!
The owners, Johan and Ricardo are very passionate and take care about every single detail. Breakfast was amazing and the room is stunning. They welcomed me very nicely. My stay was an unique experience in the heart of France. I have to come back with my wife and daughter to show them the area and to enjoy their hotel as well. They are inspiring people and it is nice to see how they enjoy reaching high standard in their business. I hope to come back soon.
