The drive from the motorway through the rolling countryside made a relaxing journey before reaching the location. We enjoyed the welcome and engagement with the host. The restaurant recommendation was excellent, and we enjoyed the food ambience and service provided by the staff. A quick walk around the town and a visit to the Sources de Doux made for a pleasant break in our journey homeward.

This is not a hotel, it is an amazing home with a great vibe and atmosphere. The host was very friendly, articulate and was able to accompany my needs and even listen to my bad jokes! Thank you so much Pierre. I was travelling alone on my motorcycle from Florence to the UK and booked last minute. The room was very comfortable and I slept well for my last leg of the journey. Lovely couple running this b and b in a quiet but central location in chatillon. Restsurant l etape 3 min walk which was great! Lovely warm welcome. Motorbike kept undercover at back of house and gate locked overnight. The room was v clean with lovely bathroom. Well furnished and slept well. Nice breakfast. Juices, yoghurt, fruit, croissant, baguette and jams. Nice coffee . The price for a one night stop touring was very reasonable. Cannot fault this accommodation.

Ingrid and Alex are great, as is Ingrid's home baking and Alex's hot chocolate – lovely breakfast! Great for our one night stay, we really enjoyed it and would visit again. We visited in winter and the apartment has a lovely wood burner. I can imagine, being next to a river, that it will be beautiful in the Summer. And for fishing!

Lovely welcome from our host .Bedroom charmingly decorated in French style made us feel very cosy .Plenty of hot water to shower and tea and coffee provided in room . Homemade yoghurt and jams for breakfast ,delicious .Would certainly recommend if you are that way.
