Apartment size, location and cleanliness. Contact with landlord very good, he was very helpful, flexible and responsive. It is 15-20min walk to metro line 8, for us it was enough. It is usually 1h to get to the city center

The room was large and clean. Very spacious bathroom. I really appreciated having the kitchenette to prepare and store small meals. Location was great - just outside the heart of Paris next to a large park, which is well worth visiting. Only 20-30 minutes on public transport to get to most tourist destinations. Highly recommend the nearby burger place - Allenby, and the bakeries - L'Original and Fred.

This conveniently located hotel, easy to reach from any place in Paris, allowed me to have a very comfortable, quiet, clean room for a budget price. While other hotels were so expensive, with this this hotel Porte de Bercy I could afford to stay in Paris.
The food for breakfast was varied, plentiful and delicious, in large and airy rooms.
I recommend it to tourist so they can sleep well and do not burn a hole in their wallet

Reception needs a bit of more warm attitude. pls provide water atleast. requested for water so many times.... that was the only issue. The cost of restaurant was too much. so, i didnt take their buffet as you can eat at onethird price just in next shop...

Good point is the shopping centre but it seems to be on the verge of closing down. Pärking underneath the hotel is shared with the centre and there are loads of spaces available for a reasonable amount of 12 euros from midnight to midday. Unfortunately that's all there is to say, the place is extremely difficult to get to with the signage not very clear, even with satnav. Traffic is horrendous and if you miss your junction you have to go all the way round the system again. Good point is that an Uber will cost only about 9 euros to get you to Porte Dorée area where there are lots of interesting things to see and visit. Charenton le Pont is too remote for anyone wanting to do touristy things.

Stayed there due to a conference close to the area.
Stayed there due to a conference close to the area. Otherwise would not recommend. The rooms and building in general are quite old and the service was inadequate at times, particularly when it comes to the variety of options for room service. There is a superb bakery though very close as you exit the hotel. Also it was thankfully close to Liberte metro station making transport convenient. However, overall, poor quality-price relationship.

The price was excellent, which makes it really a budget hotel. One of the best I’ve ever found.
The hotel location was perfect, safe and easily reachable by bus 24 (most of the buses and RER in Paris are accessible).
The hotel itself has more than three good size elevators (which make them accessible to wheelchair)
The breakfast was very basic but the croissants were specially delicious and you could choose to eat at the regular ibis’s breakfast hall instead of ibis budget for more variety of food.
The location was great, it’s right next to a small shopping area, with lots of local shops around. specially for a family with a toddler. It was great being so close to a supermarket and other amenities . The neighbourhood is quiet compared to central Paris, which again was good for us. Metro station is a few meters away from the hotel.
the room was spacious for a family of 3, there was a mini fridge in the room and a kettle. It was clean.
Worth for money , if you dont expect any thing big. 10 min away from Bercy bus station. You can get bus number 24 to hotel . Bus stop is just 50 m from the hotel . Or 25€ taxi ride. Nice hotel restaurant and got paid luggage locker 7€/4€(large /small locker for 24 hours) . Bed size is same as any budget ibis. But this one has bit bigger shower/toliet and privacy proper door. Overall it was good experience .
I arrived late in the night. Thanks to a precise instruction I easily accessed the property with keys. A big flat on ground floor was at my disposal. Bathroom with a bath, kitchen with all necessary items table, bad all the furniture. It feels not like a hotel but rather as a lived-in apartment - very cozy as you are a someones guest.
The location is fantastic with a the metro station just outside. Eiffel Tower was only 40mins for us via the metro. Travelling with young children I was concerned about noise but it was fine and to be expected in a busy, central hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room clean and set up well for our family.
We chose this hotel for the price and the location. It is a short busride to Gare de Lyon, from where we had an early departure. You get what you pay for. The room was bare, like a modern prison cell. It was clean though. The bed was comfortable. It served it's purpose. One night only.
It was very clean in the common areas and in the room when checking in, convenient self check in (no problems with late check in or early check out), close to the metro, very convenient kitchen with everything you need. I would stay at the hotel itself again
A hotel with aperfect access to the centre of Paris. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. It is possible to buy something to eat at the hotel. Around the hotel you can find a few shops with food and restaurants.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. It had a good breakfast and a hotel bar. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. It was quiet. It was near the bus station as we were getting an early bus.
5 minutes walk to metro station, kitchen is convenient, staffs are very friendly. There is cold water fountain at the hotel lobby, and a small convenient store where you can get snacks, foods, and daily specials.
We liked the proximity of the hotel to metro, tram and supermarket, all of them are in a walkable distance and 24 hours help desk.
Hotel arranged temporary storage room in case you arrive before 3 pm
