The included breakfast was lovely. The friendly hosts gave us very helpful information and maps for our visit to beautiful Troyes. The location was conveniently near the motorway and an easy drive into Troyes.

The property was beautiful, full of charm. Our room was large with a large bathroom and huge shower, we couldn’t fault the room, which included bottles of water, tea,coffee and a beautiful photo book. The hosts Sylvie & Daniel were most welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, the breakfast was chosen from options the night before and was all beautifully fresh. A very pleasant stay and would most definitely return.

Wonderful hosts, well appointed room, very comfortable stay despite poor weather.
Lovely countryside, on a main ish road and, as we often find, Booking.com clients put in the worst rooms( we were by the road and parking area . Rooms opposite looked out onto countryside and were presumably quieter). The hotel was not full. The maitre D was excellent and helpful esp when the beef ordered medium came rare. He was extremely good. Restaurant was good otherwise.
Stayed overnight with a group of friends on a short tour through France on our motorcycles. Our rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable with all the facilities one would expect. Our evening meal and breakfast were of a very good quality. Pleasant location on the outskirts of the small town of Chaource.
