Our stay at this charming Chambre de Hotes was nothing short of extraordinary. The house itself is amazing, set amidst incredible surroundings with huge, well-preserved old trees that add to the serene ambiance. Our room, the dining room, the living room, and the patio are filled with art and an evident love for details. Each space is remarkably beautiful, well-decorated, and immaculately clean. The attention to detail in every corner truly enhances the experience.
We opted for the dinner option, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay. We had a delightful evening sharing a meal with Emmanuelle, her husband—who is a very well-educated and charming person—and some other guests. The dinner was not only delicious but also wonderfully fulfilling. The conversation flowed easily, making for an evening filled with laughter, interesting discussions, and a sense of community. Emmanuelle's cooking was exceptional, and the warm, convivial atmosphere made the night truly special.
The highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the host, Emmanuelle. She is an amazing person—exceptionally helpful, a fantastic cook, and very intelligent. We enjoyed long and fascinating conversations with her, which added a personal touch to our visit.
