coming to the same conference for over 20 years and I have the feeling the city has become less and less welcoming and friendly towards its professional visitors. I feel more and more mistreated. bad food bad service, and never-ending construction work. A beautiful, breathtaking location undoubtedly but be careful not to lose your character.

Been hearing about the festival all my life and wanted to have a look at what it is because I may come back next year for the big event. Restaurants were nice and not that pricey. Although I live in a big city so I’m kinda used to it…You still have fast food restaurants or boulangerie if you’re on a budget and need a quick bite.

The beaches are very good.
The beaches are very good. The downtown area is beautiful, full of restaurantes on the street, plenty of old streets with local stores, the square is beautiful too. Waking on the cost street is very nice also. The food in europe is great, tasty but not need to hide bad quality with spicy staffs.

Cannes is perfect for a short break - 4 / 5 days.
Cannes is perfect for a short break - 4 / 5 days. It's most famous for the Cannes Film Festival but prices during that period are ridiculously high. Visit during October as the weather is nice and it's not crowded (unless you happen to visit during the TFWA Exhibition which usually attracts more than 7000 delegates to the town for 3 - 4 days.

Loved the marinas and architectural along Le Croisette...
Loved the marinas and architectural along Le Croisette promenade - an easy walk from Palm beach to the Palais du Festival. Great selection of restaurants, bars & clubs, relaxed atmosphere, superb ambience.
Everything about our stay at this beautiful hotel was perfect. We knew a renowned hotel such as this one would be stylish and well-situated along the Cannes Croisette, but we didn't expect the staff to be as warm and welcoming as they were. From the concierge, to the front desk personnel, to the bar and restaurant wait staff- everyone made us feel at home in this luxurious accommodation. One thing particularly memorable- the provençale-style morning buffet was perhaps the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel.
Hotel Le Suquet Cannes is located in a great spot close to the harbor and the Old City. Fantastic restaurants and views are just a 5-10 minute walk away. The hotel itself is really charming with a nice pool and patio area, and a very chic and comfortable indoor/outdoor lounge and dining area. To top everything off, the staff is absolutely fantastic! They were super warm and welcoming and always made sure we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend them enough.
As recommended, we booked a room overlooking the garden, which was lovely. The hotel was very clean. Quite a small room and breakfast was good, although quite expensive for what it was (however, this is Cannes!). Excellent location. We had a car so had to work around the Cannes parking system but we were lucky and managed to find metered parking outside the hotel most days. They also offer a nice free cocktail in the evening.
Stayed 3 nights at the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly, always willing to help with a smile, which made the experience all the better. The hotel room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection of cooked food, fruit, pastries, and hot drinks. The freshly sqeezed orange juice was lovely! The pool area was pleasant, and a sun bed was always available. Loved Cannes, very enjoyable weekend.
Beautiful location on the Croissette with a lovely garden and excellent Japanese restaurant. Rooms are so chic and modern, it feels like you’re on a very luxurious ocean liner (but with a lot more space). The hotel has a very intimate feel and the staff are incredibly helpful and hospitable. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and definitely the most elegant in Cannes.
I liked the possibility of parking our car under the hotel which was so easily accessed. A big plus in Cannes. Lovely personnel, great room with a comfortable bed and big bathroom. I benefitted from an upgraded room which was spacious with a large balcony looking out to the hills behind Cannes. I would definitely go back there.
Staff was great and very helpful. Pool was very nice and clean. Location was ideal, close to the beach and main street, but still quiet and beautiful area. Good parking facility. Very good breakfast. Perfect for travelling with kids.
Cannes was lovely with lots of things to do. Great restaurants close to the hotel.
great location , everything you need, bedroom with a/c , lounge with A/C. , kitchen. , bathroom, why stay in a hotel when you can have your own home in Cannes. , best of all few minutes walk to the beach for those who like swim, and I do ,for sure will go back next time in Cannes
The Hotel is well situated in the centre of Cannes not far from the seaside and Festival Centre and also many good restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is a + as it has good quality food.
Overall great stay.
A very pleasant surprise. The hotel is in an ideal location right in the heart of Cannes but it is relatively traffic free. Although a Best Western franchise, it has all the hallmarks of a privately owned hotel. Very good value for such an otherwise expensive venue
gorgeous, chic yet comfortable and very welcoming. Delicious drinks and amazing spa- location- perfect. Will definitely return as is worth saving up for. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Stay here. You will not regret it. The service is next to none!
Simple but clean hotel with very friendly staff located in the centre of Cannes close to the harbour, railway station and beach. Room and bathroom were small but for the purpose of our visit more than enough
amazingly maintained , impeccable rooms simple and tastefully done up , best breakfast in Cannes served fresh and hot with fresh juice- lovely couple who run the show , very helpful !
Everything . Near train station, near the beach, near all the eateries, center to everything. Will come back and stay here again. Love this hotel. Super clean, staff super friendly
Excellent location, close to train/ bus station and Cannes centre. The hotel and room was very clean with new towels daily, the staff were helpful. Will be back in October.
The hotel and the manager are amazing. It is a real alternative for everyone who just needs a bed. Breakfast was great. Loved the owner. One of my best stays in Cannes.
