Peaceful secluded parkland location, friendly reception by a lady who later turned out to be the chef. Huge spacious suite of rooms with Jacuzzi, which we enjoyed, at a"normal" room price for this category. Good dinner in restaurant with inventive take on French staples, good service, wine list at a relatively high but still fair price point. Efficient and pleasant breakfast. Easy parking.

The village is not of interest for tourist as it is a sleepy town with some agricultural activities. Laon is the close-by city to visit as it has nice restaurants and shops. The cathedral on top is the must see attraction; very impressive with a great view beholding the Picardie.

We were staying there as we had broken down, our vehicle was in a garage in Laon for several days and Olivier really stepped up and helped us with all the difficulties of being in a town unknown to us with no car. Nothing was too much trouble. We will stay there as a break when we travel through France in future.
