I have been visiting this hotel and restaurant for over twenty five years, and I love it. Our room was comfortable, and spacious with a big bathroom. I love the restaurant and if the weather allows you can have dinner on the terrace. The food is always first class. The proprietor was very welcoming.

Our hosts, Madame et Monsieur Barbeyrac were absolutely charming and warmly welcomed us in to their beautiful Manoir treating us like members of the family. Both were so friendly and hospitable being very patient with our poor French. Madame Barbeyrac prepared delicious meals for us while we were with them, and nothing was too much trouble for them to ensure we had a perfect stay.

Christine the host was amazing. She had enough English for us to be able to communicate without resorting to Google translate. She went over and above in hosting. The breakfast she laid on in the dining room was beautifully presented and very tasty, definitely worth taking her up on that offer as an addition. She also recommended a number of restaurants for us to choose from for the evening meal, I have no doubt all of them would have been good. The rooms and bathroom were clean and tidy and all as you'd expect. Quirky house with stairs.
