Dinner was top class but expensive.
Room very clean with well equipped bathroom.
Only downside was very hard pillows.

Staff were excellent and very accommodating. They went the extra mile on a couple of occasions. The parking facilities are really handy, though a little bit more information about how to access them on arrival would have been welcome.

Friendly reception; the courtesy kettle & coffee & tea was appreciated (and I made use of them), the room was tidy and clean, so no issues at all with cleanliness.
No bed bugs either, I'm pleased to report. The room was warm enough that I didn't need to pull the blanket over myself. The bed was comfortable, and I got a good night's sleep (much needed).

We liked the old town but the rest of it was very down at heel and disappointing. It may be the that building work on the other side will improve the area but as we were staying in the middle of the works it was very unattractive

With only 24 hours, we only saw the old town, which is unspoilt (the most important feature for us of any destination). There were excellent traditional family run restaurants offering good traditional French food at reasonable prices. The ramparts offer a relaxing an interesting walk and the castle and cathedral a bit of culture.

Great place if you are interested in fishing, sea, seafood.
Great place if you are interested in fishing, sea, seafood. The historical city is worth a short visit. A lot of choice in restaurants and fish shops. Nice beach and waterfront sites. A part of the marina neigbourhoud is under reconstruction, the result will be very nice.

Boulogne-sur-Mer is a small but pleasant town to visit if you want to escape from the busy city life. We visited Nausicaa, the largest aquarium in Europe! It was worth the drive from Holland! That was the main reason for out trip.

Very spacious apartment in the center of Boulogne-sur-mer, recently modernized. Everything is at hand with 2 bedrooms, including adjacent bathrooms. Easy to reach with lockbox etc. Received good restaurant recommendations from owner. Owner tried to accommodate solution for lack of cleanliness (see below) but given we stayed over in a weekend, it was not able to solve our problem. Very good communication & support.
Very lovely apartment in a central location of Boulogne sur Mer. We stayed for one night to take the Calais-Dover ferry the next morning which was ideal! The bed was really comfy and the bathtub was amazing after a long journey from Dijon. From booking I didn't know that we had to tidy the apartment/do the dishes/take out the trash but as we stayed only one night this wasn't a lot of work. Would recommend!
Centrally located - almost at the wall of the old town, places to go to around, old house in good state.
A bit of a steep stair to drag the suite cases but just 1 floor up.
The checkin lady is welcoming enough though uses very little English.
The apartment is extremely well taken care of and nicely decorated. All amenities work well, good bed, good bathroom (could be on a fresh side in the morning).
The hosts were prompt to answer any questions. Key collection was efficient and the apartment was clean and perfect location. Coffee shops and restaurant/bars within walking distance from the apartment Train station, buses etc all close buy. Lovely, spacious apartment and good value for money. Located on a busy, bustling little part of Boulogne Sur Mer. Would highly recommend.
Perfect place to explore Boulogne sur Mer. Right in the middle of town, so expected it to be lively. Didn't want to spend time cooking, so made use of the ample local facilities for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Apartment is in a lovely, quirky old building which 'acts its age'. Apartment spotlessly clean throughout. Nausicaa (brilliant aquarium) a very short drive away.
Lovely, spacious and very stylishly decorated room with a very zen feeling. Perfect location on the town hall square of the old town with free public parking. Plenty of restaurants within a few hundred meters. The host Corinne is incredibly kind and hospitable and provides plenty of information on restaurants etc. in Boulogne and in the surrounding areas.
We used the hotel as a stopover on our way to the UK as it is only 30mins away from the Eurotunnel terminal at Coquelles. It was very nice to be able to park in front of the hotel for free (we didn't worry too much about anything happening to it in this area) and to walk into the old town and to the beach. Would stay here again...
Brilliant hotel,a real oasis in a beautiful setting.
Cosy, comfortable, well run and immaculate.Best hotel in Boulogne!A lovely place to stay for our annual Christmas shopping trip. Our second stay and we will be back next year.
Excellent location in Boulogne old town. Apartment is large and well furnished with a small kitchen and bathroom. A strong recommendation for those staying in Boulogne.
