Had the garden room which was great as I was travelling with a dog. She made herself at home with the house dog!Lady owner was friendly and welcoming. It was easy to find off the motorway although the entrance road is small and easy to miss. Walking distance to village. Not sure what was there but it seemed to have some amenities. Room was clean and had everything I needed.

Good location. We specifically wanted safe storage for our bikes, which they had. Good rooms, lovely breakfast. Had everything that we needed. If we cycle that way again, definitely will be back.

The breakfast was really good, particularly the bread and croissants. Everything was really fresh and seemed locally sourced.
Overall the room was comfy. We had possibly the biggest bathroom I have ever had in a hotel, it was however the disabled bathroom which we didn't actually need.

Wrong address quoted and confirmed by Booking.com. There is NO Blanc Pignon in Saint Martin Boulogne. A cpletely fictitious address is published by Booking.com. Frustrating?? Definitely!! Makes me wonder how many other errors are on the web site if a hotel in Boulogne can’t be correctly located.

It is cheap and basic-bedclothes and bedroom clean, but shower unit was not-it is shared and there was evidence of previous occupants clearly on the floor! No towels in room and very low bed. TV worked as did light which was a bonus!
Good value for money and good location near the autoroute.
This was our last night in France as a family and was disappointing.
Also do not take cards-had to go into town to get cash.

The property is set away from the village in beautiful countryside, if you are looking for peace and tranquility this would be perfect. I cannot find anything negative to say apart from a fridge would have been nice.

Only stayed the one night this time. The aquarium is amazing but very expensive. The beach is great - typically sandy and clean. Look out for the Buffalo Grill just before the St Omer junction. I know it's a chain but great value.

We will give it one more try in the hope we just had bad luck with this room. Everything else was great, but it was more expensive than usual for a B & B, so we were disappointed to have a room that was not up to standard

Arrived with a homeless person living just outside the fence of hotel. Smell of fish everywhere on our floor. Room was terrible. Groups of men hanging around premises. Very worrying experience. We checked out immediately and have asked for a full refund. This property should not be recommended by booking.com.
Close to motorway, as always next door to a restaurant, you cannot fault these hotels for location, value and cleanliness. You can have breakfast, some have a small bar and hot food. No need to pay more. I have tried most over the years.
The hotel is easy to find close to the motorway shopping & petrol stations close to hand, we had traveled from Spain and used it as a last stopover before catching the Euro tunnel
The location is perfect for arrival or departure from Calais. The hotel is basic but as expected. Restaurants nearby and Boulogne-sur-Mer is not too far with more amenities.
Room quiet, clean and comfortable. Good location for motorway access. Breakfast very good. Taking all into consideration we would stay again. We'll done hotel staff.
