The room was very lovely, lots of perks in there that we unfortunately didnt get chance to use all of them, as we stayed one night. The shower was exceptional however we all enjoyed using it, one at a time. The breakfast had a lot of choice, lots of lovely food to help yourself too.
Staff very friendly. Language barrier was no problem.

We were greeted after a rather difficult journey and were instantly at ease with our hotel. Clean an airy room, and an excellent breakfast to set us up to continue our journey. Discount vouchers were freely given for the Italian restaurant across from the hotel, which was also excellent. Will certainly use this hotel again.

Location was perfect , right in the centre of town and across from the Palais de Justice.
It was great to unload luggage in front of hotel before driving to nearby car park.
Spacious and perfectly clean room, comfy bedding and furniture. The SPA was a great way to relax at the end of the day (especially the sauna and jacuzzi). It is a bit small though, difficult to enjoy if there are a lot of people. There is a massage service (extra) right in front of the hotel. Great breakfast served during long hours. The bar is open all day for a salty/sweet snack. The location is great to visit the city. Thanks for a wonderful weekend getaway!
StaWe enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel,it has a nice bar and restaurant, however the restaurant was closed in the evening due to it being a Saturday but there are a few restaurants within a 10 minute walk.
We did have the breakfast which was very good and good value for the money.
The property also has a nice outside seating area.

The hotel looks constructed recently. All the modern conveniences. Super clean, well appointed rooms and comfortable bed. The continental breakfast was above standard. Very impressed as wasn't expecting such a good quality offering. Great value..Short 15 minute drive to downtown area.
Location was outside Rouen in a pretty suburb. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The hotel was very dog friendly- my dog could come into the restaurant. Dinner was excellent and breakfast good value. Parking was good. Would definitely stay again.
Much better than all the other "cheap" 4 star hotels we stayed in across France such as Novatel. Rooms were spacious with a kitchenette and lots of room for the family...2 adults..2 kids and a dog. Impressed with the decor of room too..
