Unique interesting and fascinating. The delights of this property are the quirky rooms dinning areas and the location. Philippe and Guadalupe provided an extremely generous and delicious breakfast: prosciutto, baguette, croissants, chocolatine, fresh fruit, orange or apple juice, delicious coffee. They joined us for breakfast also and told us the interesting history of the castle. We’ve been touring Europe for months and this was one of the best, if not the best, holiday places we’ve stayed in. What a wonderful experience! We would highly recommend this extraordinary place managed by equally extraordinary and wonderful people!

The owners were very helpful and accommodating about arrangements for handing over the keys, and took the time to walk with me to a good place nearby to get supper. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable, and the location near the abbey church of Saint Savin is perfect.
