My hotel stay was short but it was such an amazing experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to many beautiful cafes and bars. The staff were so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make our short stay amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, it was just amazing!

The place is very clean, very new, very spacious. On the map it seems like it is far away from the center. However, it is literally 100m from RER B which comes every 4 minutes or so, so from the front door to the Notre Dame takes 20 minutes. The place is sheltered from sound by surrounding buildings, so even with the windows open, it was very quiet and I could not hear the road or RER. Contact with the host was good and direct. I stayed there with wife and two kids and the neighborhood felt OK and safe. I can warmly recommend this place of you are planning for a city trip to Paris.

We stayed at this hotel because we were visiting friends in the area and the price was good. The room was large. There was a small kitchen but we didn’t use it except to boil water. We were able to find street parking for the night and a nice little restaurant a short walk away for dinner.

location to town was perfect, also close to transport options. I was able to get to my location very easy. Value for money - you got what you paid and should not expect more.
The room was too small and though the picture reflect the room the angle of the picture was perfectly placed (so gave a false impression). there was no pillow but rather one tiny cushion. the kitchen was so small and no surface to actually prepare meals. Though the room was clean under the bed was something else.
Fridge, cooker, Microwave worked really well. the shower also worked although persons above average height and size might struggle with the space.
Our stay at The Cosy was pleasurable. Julien is a wonderful host, and has put in a lot of thought to make the stay 'cozy'. (The 'English and American' themed living room and kitchen is a nice welcome, look for Route 66 in the corner!) We found everything neatly arranged and stocked up to make our stay comfortable. Clean space, fully functional kitchen, comfortable beds, pleasant sit out area, quiet location - can't think of anything more one would ask for.. We will definitely consider The Cosy for our next visit to Paris:)
I was moving to Paris and used the hotel as a base before settling in my new home. Located in Arcueil at the fringe of the city limit, but well connected by public transportation. Next to a shopping mall and a big supermarket. It was the single hotel pet friendly I could find near the 14e arr in Paris. Very good breakfast and dinner buffet. The staff was accomodating for my ederly mother´s special needs and my dog. And an excellent cost/benefit hotel.
The studio, apartment 6 precisely located in the ground floor, is a simple small apartment.
It is clean, comfortable, modern and pretty well equipped.
The kitchen (incl. a big fridge) and the bathroom are pretty big, the rest of the room so so.
Overall, it is an OK and especially economical choice for a few days stay in the Paris suburbs (Arcueil).

The apartment had plenty of space and gave us a lot of flexibility. The location is quiet, not noisy at all, and free parking is available.

The hotel is worth the money. It’s rather small but you have everything what you need if you want to see Paris. The metro and train station are about 10 mins walk. Breakfast is good. It’s not abundant but there is everything you need for the breakfast.
Location was good and room was very quiet even though the hotel sits on a busy road. Staff was very helpful when I forgot an item in the room. They even returned it to me at no cost. Much appreciated!
