We used the hotel for a 1 night stop over before heading to the airport the following morning. The room was small, the beds were comfortable and it did the job. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast a fairly basic buffet but again, adequate. We didn’t use any of the other facilities. There are many local bars and restaurants very close by along with a supermarket and pharmacy. The Taxi ride on an early Sunday morning took about 10 minutes.,

We loved how peaceful it was (we wanted a chilled out day with a night out elsewhere so the fact the hotel was a little further than others from amenities worked for us) ; the views were amazing ; it didn’t feel overcrowded so lots of sun lounger availability. The spa was a bonus too!

The best way to see Palma is on foot, the open top bus takes you around the area, but the real heart of the city is the small streets. The Cathedral is stunning and worth a visit, skip the queues and book online, but go early as it does get very crowded. If you book the rooftop terrace, tehy operate a one way system, so people are counted up and only allowed down once its clear again. AND its 200 steps, steep and claustrophobic, there is a warning about people with a health condition as there is no where to stop on the way up to let anyone pass by. BUT it is SO worth it, the views are stunning and I recoomend doing it before you explore the inside of the cathedral, so when you see the stained glass from the inside you can appreciate the sight from the outside as well.
Food and Drink anywhere near the Cathedral or centre is expensive and not of the best quality, but choose a side street and look for the bars where locals are to find the best options. There are hundreds of bars, cafes and restuarants to choose from. El Corte Ingles has a fabulous food hall well worth a visit if you are self catering or looking for picnic supplies. I would definately go back and explore more of the city, and do the old train trip from Palma to Soller, sadly we didint have time on this occasion.

Palma is a beautiful city and I would highly recommend but the bars and restaurants are quite expensive and the service is laid back (which I like on holidays as I am in no rush)The local restaurants/tapas bars are fantastic and I would recommend the Indian restaurant Madras opposite the marina if you fancy a change from the local food

Palma is a lovely city with a mix of the historic old town, beautiful architecture and small cobbled streets, as well as the port and marina area and all the sandy beaches nearby. There is lots to do.
We used the buses a few times, really easy and cheap to use.
The people we met were all very friendly and helpful.

Amazing island with breathtaking beaches.
Amazing island with breathtaking beaches. As a Greek I am used to perfect beaches so if this is coming from me you can take my word as a guarantee! Well preserved road network, very important in the case that you decide to rent a car (best way to explore and enjoy this gem of an island) as you will feel instantly safe to drive. A must visit and only half an hour away from Barcelona by plane (don't come close to lose your flight back, Mallorca has a huge airport-I learnt that the hard way).

A big, big surprise for me.
A big, big surprise for me. I admit I hadn't made much of a research, and with the population just two-third of Malaga's, I expected a nice seaside town with beautiful yet small historic center. Instead, it's a city with imperial grandeur, vast pedestrian zones, incredible greenery and beautiful works of art in public space. And the cathedral is a monumental gem. Must return one day.

Location was great right in front of the beach but the hotel its self is lack luster at best staff were terrible you can only get beach towels from 10 to 6 and you have to leave a deposit of 30 euros for 2 towels. Cleaning staff was great. Front desk needs to be trained lobby and building need a face lift as its old and tired and worn out. after visiting a few beaches there are many better Hotels for the same price.
The location of the hotel is perfect - it's in the old town, just across the road from the cathedral and it's super easy to get there. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble for them. The downstairs area is really cool and you can sit here with a coffee. Also, lovely hot showers. They have a luggage store downstairs so you can leave your case there on your last day while you're exploring the city.
Lovely boutique hotel right in the centre of the old town yet quiet as on a little back street. We loved our stay here. Lovely breakfast in the old reception area of the hotel.
We also hired bikes from the hotel too. Great communication from staff before we arrived and during our stay. Special thanks to Isabel who was so lovely during our stay.
Great location (for old town), very nice rooms, great hotel main areas. Good selection of wines in the chillers that you can drink either in room or in lounge area. Very friendly and approachable staff. Space is at a premium in this part of the city and therefore the rooms are quite cosy. There's a lift to get up to rooms.
This hotel might not be located in the top location of Palma, but it gives a good opportunity to find yourself in good distance between the old town and the best nearby beach of Cala Maior. The building itself seen from the outside takes you back to the 80's but the interior is very nice and the rooms are big and modern
I stayed at the hotel for a week, I was lucky enough to meet the 5 people who work at the hostel, they are a great team that does everything possible to make sure you have a great time in Mallorca. I spent Christmas Eve with them and it was like being with my family :) Thank you guys you are the best!
the hotel was perfect by all means. it was extremely well designed and we loved the room. all the tiny little details made it perfect. and the excellent service made our stay even better than expected. everyone was very helpful. will definitely stay here when visiting Mallorca next time.
Good location, close to Hop-on Hop-off bus station, close to Cathedral and old town (20 min walk), a lot of restaurant in the area. The hotel is located in front of Marina but you need to select the room with a view to get the best landscape of the area.
Boutique hotel with loads of style in a great location. There was a warm welcome every time we returned and all the team were super helpful. Our room was a duplex and really well equipped.
Great location in the old town close to all the action
Location was kind oh hidden in the city..our cab driver actually had to look it up.
Amazing stone building they fashioned into a hotel. Great service and location next to the Cathedral and walking distance to anywhere in old town.
Excellent smaller sized Hotel, very nice renovated and with convinient Location in Old Town of Palma, Breakfast was very good, Parking for two wheelers (Scooter or Motorcycles) just outside the Hotel - and free of any charge.
It's a cozy hotel with a character. Old building with charming details, the rooms are freshly renovated and clean. The location is great, right at the beach, yet it takes just a minutes to get to the downtown by the taxi.
Very large and comfortable room, extremely comforable bed. The hotel has a phantastic view over Palma and the bay, but is still very near by the city center. The hotel has been renovated but still kept its charm.
Fun Hotel, the people that know about this gem go again and again. Great Location on the beach and great pool and amenities as well as a great restaurant at the Hotel. Plenty of good ones near by as well.
This is almost like a hotel. Biggest hostel I’ve stayed at and very modern and well-kept.
The two guys working at the bar are so cute and friendly! They were the best!
Ny tittle goes for the best host ever! Gonzalo take care of us like WUAO!!! Such a huge hospitality and service like 5 stars hotels protocol! GRACIASSSS!
