Modern and well equipped hotel, close to freeway to Madrid, good parking. We used the hotel as a convenient location to go to Madrid airport with a hire car after 3 weeks in Spain. It suited our needs, provided an evening meal and a good breakfast. We discovered that while we were alone for dinner, breakfast was packed as all the other knowledgeable Spanish guests knew where the good local restaurants were, and we did not. However the hotel did provide a very good dinner for us. We appreciated the walk in shower as requested

This hotel is undergoing a programme of refurbishment which didn't detract from our enjoyment of it.
Although our room was a bit careworn, this was reflected in the price.
The hotel has very good parking and it is a relatively short walk to Guadalajara centre.
Breakfast was excellent.

We stayed for 2 nights during June. The Staff were lovely, very helpful, able to speak English and happy to book taxis for us (no Ubers are available in Guadalajara). The location was perfect for us as we were visiting the athletics track, which was a flat 1.5 km walk away. A four-level, indoor shopping centre is about 400 m from the hotel and includes restaurants, cinemas, stores and groceries. The centre of town, with cafes and gardens, is within a couple of kilometres and is an easy walk. The rooms were well presented and comfortable, albeit showing a little wear and tear. We liked the foyer area that was set up with chairs and tables and provided a space to gather.
Located in the historic centre of Guadalajara, this smart and modern hotel is near the Palacio del Infantado and has excellent transport connections with the rest of the capital.
