Everything was perfect. Stephan (the owner) and his sons are amazing hosts. They were always pending everything would be perfect and everything was perfect.
Then the hotel itself is a gem. Splendid views over lake Costanza (Bodemsee) and very large and cozy room with an interesting decoration with emphasis on sustainability.
Last not least, a wonderful breakfast in a very nicely decorated dining room.

Small and cozy town located between Lindau and Friedrichshafen. The town has good train connections which is 10 minutes far from the hotel and approximately 30 minutes by train to Friedrichshafen and also Lindau.
The town has nice restautants which require reservation days before and also a historical watch tower from the middle ages.

Easy to get to , train , bus and ferry services connecting town. Using public transport on travels , the Bondensee card offered by accommodation most helpful ( you do pay for it indirectly as properties charge a city tourist tax)
Lots of different types of food options available and a couple of supermarkets ( name brand and bio places).
Went to nearby marinas. Amazing places , huge , also had shops and a flash looking restaurant. Great walking and bike tracks from here along lake , towards next town. Found lots of nice spots to sit by lake or swim. Stopped at a little place under shady trees , few beverages and a meal.

We have stayed at Langenargen several times normally with some friends but this time we were alone and walked about, finding things we didn't know were there before!
We ate at several places but our favourite was Gaststätte Krone (which I recall visiting twice this trip alone and in previous years too). It was not too far from were we stayed

It is a good place for kids as there is a nice garden with small play ground and seesaws. Also the beach is very good for swim and the view is quite good. We also saw the storm coming with gusty winds and rain.
The boat ride we took was from Langenargen till Mainau. It takes around 2 hours. Later we realised that you could take train to avoid loss of time. But as this was with ship so we took the experience. The boat trip costs 32€ round trip per person.

Not too crowded, cozy town with plenty of opportunities to walk around the city. Organic "bio" store nearby, large grocery store also within walking distance, but a bit further away. The Italian "Spaghetti Haus" was surprisingly good and had friendly staff, and stayed open later than a lot of the other options around town.
Very cute little hotel, with super nice staff, a good breakfast selection and nice setting. It's in a quiet neighborhood, with great access to walking paths and a river flowing through orchards of blooming fruit trees, it was very idyllic. The staff were very flexible when our arrival plans changed, and made sure we could still get into our rooms. They are redoing the hotel interior and it's very comfortable and nice. And the price was great. The restaurant also had very nice outdoor seating.
Langenargen is a lovely city with a lot of playgrounds for children. Besides, you can visit many attractions nearby with approximately a 20-30 minutes drive.
The property has an ideal location concerning the lake in the quiet surroundings. It is equipped with everything you may need during your holidays, as stated in the description. Ms Franke is a friendly host welcoming you with a small present and taking care of your stay. We would revisit this place and can only recommend it.
The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The location of the Hotel was amazing. We were right in front of the lake. Paddle boarding was fun and the boat ride to other towns was pretty enjoyable. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery shops. We stayed at this amazing Hotel for 4 nights and enjoyed every bit of it. The breakfast was so rich and delicious. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again.
The room was comfortable in terms of temperature and facilities. The location directly on the lake was amazing and the sauna area was very nice. Huge variety of items for breakfast. The hotel also noticed that it was my birthday and gifted us a bottle of wine in the room, which was a lovely gesture. The room was also upgraded for free.
It‘s a very beautiful and historical building with a really nice bio concept hotel. The hotel is right next to the lake and all attractions can be reached within couple minutes walk. The staff is really helpful and the breakfast and the bed are all nice. In general we enjoy our stay there and will definitely want to visit again.

The location was perfect because I could walk to my cousin's home from the hotel. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was excellent in function and space. The view of the lake and mountains in the distance from our window was lovely.
Perfectly located on the bike lane surrounding the Lake of Konstanz. The breakfast was really good, the view upon the lake from there is just stunning.

The wellness was really great and appreciate the hotel provide long opening hours, so one could walk in and out as they like. I liked the location of the hotel, quite and peaceful country, but not far away from towns.
We have been to Langenargen several times and stayed in several properties. This was one of the nicer ones, not too far from the train station and supermarket (Edeka), and not too far from the lake
