The hotel is good for a short stay. However, I got a room on the first floor, next to the staff room. I could hear everything from 7 am when the cleaners started working. The breakfast was good, but there was not enough space, a little bit crowded.

There is a city bus 3 times in each hour. In tourist office you can buy ticket for one week (very cheap!).
Its easy to go from Prague by train.
There is only one big supermarket and it's far from the center.

Marianske Lazne is a beautiful spa resort.
Marianske Lazne is a beautiful spa resort. Famous but still relatively quiet. I have visited the town in the summer season as well as in winter. Summer is gorgeous there.
Kolonada is a must see. Bring your cup and drink the local mineral water directly from the spring. Try some of the famous spa wafers.

Our favorite spa town/city in Czechia and Slovakia. The architecture is very nice and mostly historical. There is trolleybus public transport (and buses too) and a lot of free springs to drink. It is surrounded by forests and while the city is not too much hilly, there are hills around for hiking and a lot of interesting spots to visit on foot or by bus or train or car.
It is not big city, it is more kind of town, but it has a vibe of a small city.

Amazing stay indeed. Breakfast was some of the best I've ever had. Proseco served. Truly unique. Staff friendly and courteous. The room was spacious and the location was just excellent. Food in the restaurant was amazing too and I honestly think people really try hard to please you and help. It's definitely a place I'd like to visit again.
Parking is available and the rooms are wonderfully spacious.
It's near everything you may need. Saturday markets in front of the hotel.
Jan (owner) is very nice person and speaks fluent English, which is rare, most people speak Russian or German in this area. Everything that I asked him, he was glad to help with advice. Location is in the center, apartments are clean, and is the best value for money deal in Marianske Lazne. There is also a free street parking that Jan told me about, and since I travelled by car this was very helpful.
The lady at the check-in desk went out of her way to accommodate my needs. She stayed after hours to make sure I got in O.K. on arrival, and agreed to get my laundry done within 24 hrs of me giving it to her when I checked in. The location of the hotel is central to Marianske Lazne, and there is a good restaurant on the lower level of the hotel, which makes it very convenient to eat there.
The situation of the hotel is excellent, just few minutes walking from the singing fountain, the colonnade and the park. The street is very quite. The staff ( reception, breakfast, spa .....) is very kind and helpful, doing everything with smile. The apartment is very spacious with two bedrooms, very clean and cosy. We appreciated the kitchen side and the balcony. We will come back for sure.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is amazing. The housekeeping was great and ensured my room was spotless during my entire stay. However, the best part has to be the quality for the cost; I couldn’t believe how great my experience, service, and amenities were for such an affordable cost.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything in the hotel was new and clean. In the room there were enough towels for everything. Spa facilities were quite nice especially the pool area was really beautiful. Breakfast also had a lot of options. It was really an enjoyable stay.
Spacious room, good location, rich and tasty breakfast in overall; bed comfort was great, as well as the room controls for temperature. Staff Ok, but English is a challenge. The truth is - this isn't a normal hotel, but rather a health sanatorium, with its rules and limitations..
It was a wonderful stay! The hotel retains some of its old glory, but necessary things are modernised. Location is fantastic, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. The room was also great, quite classic, but a good upgrade in the bathrrom
Excellent location in walking distance to the centre, very cool music-themed style of the hotel, well equipped, modern and perfectly clean everywhere. Comfortable beds. Easy and quick check-in. We loved the croissants that were waiting for us in the room.
Nice staff, very helpful when we wanted to book an additional night even when the kind of room we wanted wasn't available. Room had a fridge and is directly next to the cannonade.
