We loved stay at the hotel as it was really close to the town center. You must remember it is not new build hotel, therefore it has some magic staying in little older room but that is nice as well. Staff were friendly and we were very satisfied. As it is in town, we parked car little bit behind the city but by walking distance.

The charm of this enchanting fairy tale city in the Czech Republic is best experienced during winter when snow covers magical Český Krumlov Castle. Lying along the banks of the Vltava River, the historic old town comes alive during summer when cafes and restaurants overflow with the influx of tourists.
The castle makes an imposing backdrop against narrow cobblestone streets and a mixture of Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque architecture in its old buildings. Choose an art gallery, museum or theatre like the 17th-century

What a beautiful little town. It is full of charm and history. Be aware that it is all cobblestones in the old, scenic part of town, so the walking is more challenging than on regular paving, and there are also hills. But we loved our day and a half there. Don't miss the Baroque Theatre at the castle, it was a highlight. We enjoyed the free walking tour that leaves from the tourist info centre - it was interesting and informative.
Our best meal was at Lumiere Restaurant, on the town square. Both our appetizers particularly were delicious.

The town is like a fairy tale, with a beautifully preserved old town and beautiful buildings from the Middle Ages. It is not big, so it can be visited in 2 days, but it is certainly a unique experience, observing the panorama of the city or wandering through the narrow streets. Vltava gives the whole impression an additional charm.

The town is beautiful and the castle very impressive.
The town is beautiful and the castle very impressive. It felt a bit like Disneyland, though, with the hordes of tourists everywhere. We were surprised when we walked back into town in the evening for dinner and found the streets empty! All the day-trippers had left. We enjoyed the castle tours; I was a tad disappointed to not see any tours for the theater online in English the day we were there, and then to discover that there was one just after the tour we went on (in German)! It didn't look full, either. We spent two nights / 1.5 days there, and that was plenty.

Picturesque place,.it is a.must to.visit it, it is maybe my fifth time I come as it is a unique.place.
There are many places.to.go.for a walk, you only need to.go.and discover them!
There is an area with supermarkets out of.town but yoi.can go there on foot. However, If you don't have time for that walk, you will find some potraviny shops in town which are open till.late.
It is better to.go.in.summer because everytjing is open all day and you can explore.the place.in the day light.
You will feel you are in a fairy tale

I hope I never have to see Český Krumlov again.
I hope I never have to see Český Krumlov again. If so, I'll stay in a campsite (though the penzion wasn't the problem); much better to visit on a canoe trip. Hideously high prices and and as few locals as in Venice. Gigabites of fake Instagram grins and very little of real interest. The Art Centre was a disappointment with few originals from Egon Schiele but the food: I have never seen so much profiteering with so little by way of quality or service culture. The travel hostel was the exception, though I hesitate to write this down unless it sees fit to gouge prices.
I liked the river and some of the walks. And it irritated me less on a Wednesday when many tourists had left.
The charming couple that have owned Hotel Konvice for nearly a quarter of a century are lovely hosts. The inn is a historic building that has spacious bedrooms, luxury bathrooms, very comfortable beds, all the touches that one would expect in a superior small hotel. A guest receives so much value for a very moderate price. Do enjoy the luxury breakfast that is included with your stay. The location in the old town section of Césky Krumlov with its shops and restaurants is perfect. This friendly, unique hotel was an unforgettable stay.
The staff was incredibly helpful and kind to us. The location of the hotel was perfect if you travelled by car, because the P1 parking is very close and you can pay for it in the hotel, making it very simple and relatively cheap to park in the city centre which would be difficult otherwise. The rooms were clean and most of them were spacious, only one was very small but the balcony it had to the river and the castle made up for that.
The breakfast was perfect, everyone could find something they like and the food was delicious.
This was the best accomodation I ever had in the Czech Republic. It is a nice small pension slightly aside of the main tourist routes but still a few minutes from the castles and from the river. We got the whole attic for us which had a huge bad, nice view of the castle, small kitchen corner and historical furniture giving us the feeling of living like the noble men in the past. It was totally private, all contact with the staff was only by phone.
Super location in gorgeous Cesky Krumlov. Right by the river and in the old town. The reception was not staffed when I arrived, but I called the number provided and found all the information I needed from Alexi. He moved me to my own little room rather than the dorm and didn't charge me extra, which was kind. Good kitchen facilities if you want to cook. My friend and I were permitted to leave our luggage before and after check in, no problems.
The location is amazing, directly in the center of Cesky Krumlov. It is like 7 minutes walk from the P3, where we parked. The hotel will come and pick you up from P3, if you come with the car and charge the parking fee to the room. The hotel owner is very friendly. In the hotel there’s a public area, where there’s water, instant coffee, tea and some fruits for free. The room is clean, nicely decorated, very cozy.
We’ve dreamt about visiting Cesky Krumlov for a very long time now and our dream has finally become true. Arcadie Hotel was a perfect choice for the weekend. The hotel is located in the center, the view from the window is stunning as you can see the castle from it. Breakfasts are very generous and the service is super nice and helpful. We recommend staying at Arcadie hotel and we will definitely come
back.
Very good location - just 2 minutes walk from the bus station and 5 minutes walk to the old town area!
The host/staff is very welcoming and services is very good.
They offer free breakfast in the morning with many choices ranging from Egg Benedict, Yogurt, Banana Pancakes, and they serve us coffee & fresh juice too - IT WAS SO GOOOOOOD!
Our room also has the Cesky Krumlov castle view - love it!
The owner of this accommodation is very friendly and hospitality!!!! They recommend us a lot of great restaurants in the Cesky Krumlov! Also the hotel itself is fantastic! Hotel is very modern, very fancy and very clean!!!!!! Oh! they even provide you slippers 🥹
It only takes five minutes to the main castle! Very convenient if you want to see the sunrise!!!!!!
This hotel is a great place to stay in Cesky Krumlov. The location is really nice and at the very centre of the city/village. The rooms are beautiful and cosy. The staff is very helpful and really takes efforts to make you feel comfortable. We really enjoyed this hotel and had good sleep in the cosy romantic rooms.
The hotel is located just outside of the old town of Krumlov with parking access, so we don’t need to carry the luggage.
The hotel room is nicely decorated with a balcony overlooking the river and the castle. We wished we could have stayed longer there.
The breakfast offers a good selection and is quite tasty.
The best location you can ask for in Cesky Krumlov. Close to everything, surrounded by restaurants, shops, the old town, the castle and the river. Good accommodation, with comfortable beds and amazing tasty breakfast every morning. Beautiful atmosphere overall in one of the most magical little towns.
Excellent hotel in fantastic location close to all the main attractions in cesky krumlov, the breakfast was plentiful and the quality was excellent, the staff are great, especially the lovely lady on reception and the very cheerful and friendly evening reception worker,I'd highly recommend!!
CK shuttle dropped us at the hotel from Prague. Great communication with the receptionist that spoke English and allowed us to drop bags before check in to get to the 230 castle tour. Beds were comfortable and great breakfast in the morning at 8 before CK shuttle took us to Vienna.
"Hotel U Malého Vitka" is located in the center of Cesky Krumlov, which was really convenient. We also liked the fact that all the rooms were referring to characters from traditional fairy tales from Krumlov. Moreover, the staff was really friendly and helpful.
Location close to the Castle, nice view from the triple room. Very clean.Uphill from the parking does not make it easy to access with kids and luggage. However this is not fault of the hotel.
Great location in an old building, the apartment was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 adults
The view from the balcony was a bonus
Cesky Krumlov is insanely lovely
The facility of the apartment, the location and the provided parking by the hotel make it one of the best in Cesky Krumlov for people traveling by car.
