Great place to stay with family! Staff very attentive and friendly. We were able to switch one of our rooms for one with two beds no problem! Big thank you to Ligia! She took care of one of my nieces (she was having stomach issues) by making her chicken soup and guava juice!

The location of this property it was wonderful for our travel agenda to Panaca Park. The room was cozy and welcoming.
It did have a quiet fan for our comfort and a nice balcony to view the pool on property. The staff was so helpful and nice people. We enjoyed the well balance breakfast with fruits ,coffee, eggs and such.
The Wi-fi worked good and efficient. We enjoyed the Pool facilities were relaxing.

This is an area that is absolutely beautiful to explore. If you are to stay in this location be prepared to bring your own food for making meals. We errored in not thinking ahead and the distance to a grocery store is long with curvy roads.
If you have entomophobia this is not the place to be. We saw some marvelous butterflies, and huge roaches and even had an Aguti in the backyard.
Our family enjoyed the warm weather, swam in the pool, and had a very enjoyable vacation. Within an hour's ride, there is an amusement park, zoo, and next door an interactive ranch with shows, and animals to interact with.
This hotel is incredible! The views are stunning and it is so quiet and peaceful! The pool and jacuzzi were so lovely! Also the owners were so friendly, hospitable and helpful! They helped arrange a coffee tour for us and drove us around! The room is comfortable and the balcony is luxurious! The food was also amazing! The owner made us sushi and chicken with French fries! The service was out of this world! I would highly recommend staying there and also going to Secretos del Carriel, a multigenerational working coffee finca nearby!

On the positive side, I was quite satisfied with the hotel's location.
However, I was disappointed with the breakfast service. I specifically requested coffee and bread for breakfast, but they did not bring it to me. This lack of attention to detail affected my overall experience negatively.
Overall, while the location of the hotel was satisfactory, the breakfast service could definitely be improved to meet guests' expectations and preferences.
This lovely place is a feast for the eyes, filled with trees bearing all kinds of fruits. The people working at the hotel are friendly and always ready to help. It's situated in a fantastic location, and if you chat with the hotel staff, they'll happily arrange transportation and tours for you. A true paradise where simplicity meets delight!
As a bonus, if you wake up early in the morning, the all the colourful birds will give you a private concert.
Everything! The property was big and comfortable! It has great views of nature. The staff and owners of the property were really kind and were always asking if we needed something! Mr. Alejandro picked us up in the town and took us to the Hotel. He, his wife Mercedes, and his son Juan David were amazing! The food was delicious. I will definitely stay again.
It has beautiful views, room was OK but it was not what I reserved. Breakfast is good. You have coffee available anytime. There is a play zone for kids which my daughter enjoyed. You can have a nice walk outside the hotel. The location and views are awesome, they definitely have room to improve a lot and make guests get a memorable stay.
