The hotel is in a fantastic location on the side of a mountain in the beautiful Loetschental, with stunning views in all directions. It is a short (but steep) walk from the cable car station, with plenty of hiking and biking possibilities in summer and direct access to the slopes in winter. We were very well looked after by the staff from start to finish. Our room was comfortable, quiet and cosy, and the food in the restaurant was very good. A great place to stay to enjoy Alpine scenery at its finest!

Everything is perfect!! Definitely my favorite hotel!
I booked a single room last minute just to have a place to stay after my weekend hike, so I had no expectations at all, but the hotel and the room turned our to be a very pleasant suprise. My room was cosy, superclean, quiet, all furniture were in perfect condition, basic toiletries provided, the continental breakfast was very good quality, dinner was delicious, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the price was favorable, too. Happy to return anytime.
The hotel is the most authentic ever! Stunning old wood building and rooms, and a beatifull terras with old trees for shadow. The host was very kind, and the food was fantastic. At the same time it was with a very modern bathroom, and they even have a 22kW charger for electric cars (and solar cells).
This is an atmospheric traditional Alpine hotel. Everything is wooden. Kind and attentive hosts. Lovely old room with large windows looking both up valley and across valley. Light and airy, with great views. Bus stop immediately outside.
