I enjoyed walking in the botanical garden in the evening, not so crowded after 18:00 (when the tourists leave the island). Eating dinner at the hotel with the view on the lake was the best decision. The food is very fine, delicious and well presented.

The almost semi tropical vegetation is a delight to the eyes with lush Meditaranean types of trees such as cypress,magnolia,olive and even palms.The Brissago islands are a must for any visitor who appreciates exotic plants
Brissago is a beautiful spot on the lake although the road from Locarno is quite busy.
There are plenty of activities to do such as taking a boat on the lake ,hiking and biking in the mountains and valleys or just visiting nearby towns on the lake
We loved the theme of the hotel and how welcoming Simone and Wolf are. They built an amazing hotel. On my husband’s birthday, they helped me arrange a suprise ( with their own surprise for us :).
For us this was not only a place to stay but also a place to enjoy sailing and the life of Brisssago.
We will go there again for sure!

Great stay with my family (2 young kids). Basically everything what you need is there, from a parking space to details in the kitchen. The host is very friendly, the place Brissago is a nice discovery and the views are amazing.
Lovely family run and owned boutique hotel, beautiful location in a small charming town with lots of nature, hiking, swimming nearby. Breakfast is entirely vegan and the homemade cakes were great!
