The apartment was great, very modern and clean. It turns out the building also seems to be an assisted living facility, so the apartment appeared to be accessible for people in a wheelchair. The shower was no step up and the bathroom had grab bars for people with limited mobility. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, but it was less efficient overall than more typical hotel breakfasts. Very easy to reach the hotel from the train or bus station.

The old town and Arbon's waterfront are picturesque and lovely to walk about. The main road inland away from the old town was not pleasant for pedestrians as far too many vehicles use it and town is not pretty in this direction with car-oriented commercial establishments prevalent.

As always the staff makes you feel warmly welcomed. I am always staying at this marvellous hotel if I have the chance, thanks to the wonderful staff and the excellent standard of the hotel facilities. It is always clean, comfortable and, exactly as the name suggests, very charming.
Comfortable hotel in good location. Good breakfast. Water and fruit available for guests all day. Room to store bikes safely. We parked car while we cycled round lake constance.staff all very good and very helpful. Aldi 5 mins walk if needed.
A classy, simple tastefully designed little hotel located steps from the lake and in the old part of town, close to a great bakery for breakfast, even open on Sunday morning, also close to all the little bars and restaurants along the lake.
All clean and tidy. Perfect location for a day trip across the lake to Bavaria. Arbon is lovely.... Old world charm and modern marina. Excellent parking with Easypark app.
