We loved our stay at Belgravia. It is a beautiful house with a very comfy bed and ensuite. Access to a fridge with several lounge and sitting areas available. Internet is fast and breakfast was amazing! It was close to restaurants and cafe and the host was fabulous with local hints. The dining area was beautiful and you can tell the host takes a lot of pride in his house and furnishings. It was spotless.

We selected Truro as a base to visit various locations, to see the tides on Bay of Fundy and the Annapolis valley. The town itself has its own charm with a park to visit, but we did not have enough time to do it.
The property is located in a residential area, easy to find and easy to park the car. The hosts, Jenny & Justin, are very welcoming. Our room was spacious, charming, crystal clean. One can see that every detail has its own importance and meaning. The breakfast was delicious; the homemade blueberry muffin, yummy & yummy!. We strongly recommend this property.

Be sure to go to Burncoat Provincial Park (about 30 min away) and walk on the ocean floor during low tide. We went to Captain Murphy's for dinner - staff was great and food was good. Fish was well cooked. It was raining most of the time we were there so we didn't tour the town much

The fact that we could walk to a restaurant not far from the Inn rather than drive was great. It was a perfect walking distance. Wait staff were pleasant and lobster rolls were the best we have ever had. The cheesecake we had was delicious. The Nook and Cranny had the option to eat in or on the patio. Lovely evening so we opted to sit out.This morning had a great walk in Victoria Park and the people who work there were polite and friendly.

We flew from Calgary to Halifax then drove to Truro for one night before departing early the next morning for our destination in New Brunswick. Truro was a convenient overnight stop. We did not spend time much time in Truro.

I didn't feel like being in a motel, I felt like being in a clean dungeon without a fridge or a kitchen to have some hot water or warm up a food....
I don't recommend it to anyone!

Truro's Victoria Park is a wonderful place.
Truro's Victoria Park is a wonderful place. The town has great restaurants and is easy to navigate. The people are friendly and helpful.
The roads could use a little work on them.
Thai Express and Mezza where good for tasty fast food.
The British Cafe was great with very friendly staff and you could take your dog to the outdoor patio.

Very nice town with lots of shopping and markets. Very close to the masstown market. Very easy to get around truro and lots of restaurants to choose from. The ho ho wok chinese food restaurant served the best chinese food we have ever eaten.
Our tour bus was late getting back and the staff member on shift sent me his number to call when we arrived so he could check us in. We arrived at 11pm an hour after his shift ended as he was very accommodating. The hotel also allowed me to park my vehicle there while gone away on the bus tour. Loved the size of the fridge and the kitchenette
The room was clean, and the staff that cleaned the rooms were helpful and very thorough. Room was quiet and had privacy as we were on the back side of the hotel away from the busy street and traffic
I was really surprised by this hotel. The price was excellent the service very good (we had tv problems), the room was spotless and everything seemed well kept.
