The towels were very dirty specially in the washroom there were no pillows cover on the pillows on the bed. The shower need to be on medium speed so it can be easy on the skin . The place was very expensive especially those additional cleaning cost is not the customers who have to pay for the cleaning it the company who have to arrange the cleaning cost. Shouldn't be an additional for the customer.

The location is excellent, the staff treated us very well and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. I felt like a valued guest by the owners! My questions were answered right away. I like that family suites are available for families with kids who no longer share beds! Everything was very clean.

It was freezing with ice on the lake and snowing in late...
It was freezing with ice on the lake and snowing in late April and I had to buy gloves and socks. The location is lovely in summer but spring is iffy and a lot of stores were not open and if I had not had the group event I would have been bored and underwelmed with scenery, a person needs to go in summer to appreciate this place.

Sylvan Lake is a friendly and beautiful place to visit. The lake is so clear and clean with a nicely developed beach area along side a well developed commercial area. There are boutiques and diners, roof top pubs and ice-cream shops. There is something for everyone.

Sylvan Lake... one of my very favourite places! Just be sure to come early to stake your claim on the beach if you want a spot. I enjoy that I can walk my dog around the paths by the lake and take it all in! :)

Sylvan Lake is a wonderful place! I have been coming here forever... so many great memories! This is an easily accessible lake town that is still as much fun now as it was when I was kid!
10/10 for me... always! :)
I ate at the Hockey Central Pub and Bukwyldz as they both have dog-friendly patios... Moo's is also good too for ice cream... and of course the Dairy Queen for a sundae!
Sylvan Lake is easy to get around and take in the Farmers' Market because it is excellent!
Avoid heavy crowds over the summer months. I prefer to book in the Spring or Fall. Quiet is what I am after! :)
The hotel and staffs are nice. Our room is very clean, with a lake view, fridge, microwave and comfy beds. Love the complimentary breakfast, lots of choices and the ambiance in the dining area. We will surely book this hotel next time.
We changed to Sylvan Lake as a destination after forest fires prevented us from reaching Jasper. It is a lovely town on a huge lake and this hotel is the best in town. Friendly reception. Comfortable clean room and good breakfast
