The towels were very dirty specially in the washroom there were no pillows cover on the pillows on the bed. The shower need to be on medium speed so it can be easy on the skin . The place was very expensive especially those additional cleaning cost is not the customers who have to pay for the cleaning it the company who have to arrange the cleaning cost. Shouldn't be an additional for the customer.

The location is great; walking distance to the lake but far enough from the hustle and bustle to have a quiet stay. Some of the appliances were a little dated but worked pretty well and the tv and fridge were new and worked great. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable and toiletries provided (No hair dryer so bring yours if needed). Provided pans, plates and glasses and other basic stuff to heat or cook a quick meal. Room was also spacious. Parking on property and staff was superb!
I forgot my laptop and they contacted me immediately after they found it and even helped me make arrangements to get it back to me! Thanks again!!

It was freezing with ice on the lake and snowing in late April and I had to buy gloves and socks. The location is lovely in summer but spring is iffy and a lot of stores were not open and if I had not had the group event I would have been bored and underwelmed with scenery, a person needs to go in summer to appreciate this place.

Sylvan Lake is a friendly and beautiful place to visit. The lake is so clear and clean with a nicely developed beach area along side a well developed commercial area. There are boutiques and diners, roof top pubs and ice-cream shops. There is something for everyone.

Sylvan Lake... one of my very favourite places! Just be sure to come early to stake your claim on the beach if you want a spot. I enjoy that I can walk my dog around the paths by the lake and take it all in! :)

Sylvan Lake is a wonderful place!
Sylvan Lake is a wonderful place! I have been coming here forever... so many great memories! This is an easily accessible lake town that is still as much fun now as it was when I was kid!
10/10 for me... always! :)
I ate at the Hockey Central Pub and Bukwyldz as they both have dog-friendly patios... Moo's is also good too for ice cream... and of course the Dairy Queen for a sundae!
Sylvan Lake is easy to get around and take in the Farmers' Market because it is excellent!
Avoid heavy crowds over the summer months. I prefer to book in the Spring or Fall. Quiet is what I am after! :)

Would recommend this for a family as a great mini vacation 😊. All will enjoy.
Had dinner at Sun of a Beach which was a very nice restaurant that allowed kids, service and food was great.
My pics don't do the area justice as didnt take many as I was too busy enjoying myself.
The kitchenette was fully equipped with pots pans, dishes, washing soap. Picnic tables and BBQ’s outside for guests to use. Located right on Lakeshore drive, close to stores like The Moo and across from the lake and sandy beaches. Easy to access from all entries into town. Staff were amazing! Covid makes everything a tad more complicated, but the ladies made it easy and enjoyable! You forget Covid is happening. I would love to stay again! Also pet friendly, which is a great bonus!
They do an excellent free breakfast, Lots of creative selection for everyone. The big advantage of the hotel is they are within easy walking distance of all amenities at Sylvan Lake, so once you are there we didn't need to drive anywher for 4 days. Love being right across the street from the beach and local farmers market. Excellent beach front cafe across the street as well.
We found this apartment very spacious for the 3 of us. Our toddler had plenty of room to play while we prepared the dinner and breakfast in the open-concept kitchen. Everything was extremely clean. Love the style. The location was perfect for us. And the host always was available and very kind. So far this is our favorite place to stay in Sylvan Lake!

The hotel was clean and secure. As I was travelling with my child, we felt safe in our room. The room was very clean when we arrived, and the staff were friendly. If we travel to Sylvan Lake again, I would consider this hotel again.
We changed to Sylvan Lake as a destination after forest fires prevented us from reaching Jasper. It is a lovely town on a huge lake and this hotel is the best in town. Friendly reception. Comfortable clean room and good breakfast
