Good attention and transfer to and from the Airport, The buffet for dinner was poor and low quality , staff was helpfull, room confortable, electrics and plugs not so good many of them didnt work or were visibly broken. Some of the staff need English language skills.

It's good if it's only for one night. They do have a restaurant but it is expensive. The shuttle service is handy. I didn't like that they used a cleaning product that smelled like a cheap product and was way too strong.

Lovely breakfast, good gym room, and great good size beds to rest after a long plane trip.
A bit further away from the airport - around 15kms, so try to get hotel airport shuttle bus to save on taxi trip.
English speaking staff, very clean rooms.

Everything thing was fine apart from the directions.....there is one sign saying hotel after immigration at terminal 3 but nothing before that....if you have to collect luggage and return to the terminal there is no guidance in sufficient information on the website. Very bad to be honest...nothing in the terminal before check in either.

We ended up at the airport hotel because our flight back to US was cancelled. Was a pleasant accident as the hotel was excellent and we were able to then book a tour of Sao Paulo that we otherwise would not have done. Only there one night so did not explore Guarulhos proper.
If in long transit at GRU, planning to city tour, and rest a bit, this hotel is perfect. Easy to get out of airport. Easy to access upon return. Near most departure gates. It’s perfect. We arrived from Santiago. Rested a bit at hotel. Then toured Sao Paolo. Back at airport. Rested at hotel. Then flew out. It was a transit of 20 hours. Stay here and you’ll be fresh for the city tour and then rested for the flight. Facilities are good and price is fair.
The shuttle bus does not go to terminal 3 unlike i read in the review in the morning the traffic was terrible and i nearly missed my flight ,the shuttle bus driver was no help took me to terminal to i couldnt be bothered to explain how to get to terminal 3 until i had to ask him 5 times .The hotel itself was very good clean and well organised the "free"shuttle service took the shine of my stay.
The location was ideal if you need to stay close to the GRU airport. We landed in the evening and needed to fly out in the early morning and were looking for something close by the airport. The staff were friendly, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was quite diverse. There is also a shuttle from and to the hotel from GRU. Only for dinner we needed to get out with Uber.
EVERY TIME I TRAVEL I BOOK THIS HOTEL, ALWAYS VERY CLEAN AND SUPER ATTENDING STAFF.
I HAVE HAD THE EXPERIENCE OF HOSTING WITH PET AND THEY WERE AMAZING.
I ALWAYS USE THE HOTEL TRANSFER, EASY ACCESS, CHEAP AND PRACTICAL.
CLOSE TO GUARULHOS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
it's a good hotel for staying in São Paulo, just remember that the hotel is NOT exactly in São Paulo, it's in Guarulhos. A nearby region, about 40 min to the center of São Paulo. The breakfast is very good. Our room had a good view and we can see planes approaching to Guarulhos.
Staff is very helpful, polite and professional. For an airport hotel, there's a lot to do, like pool, spa, sauna etc. VIP lounge for executive bookings is a great touch. Restaurant is excellent. It was my second stay here and there'll be a third.
Hotel and astatine are good, but some things are not good, like you have to buy water ( no water in the room) or we asked a dental set fir three people and they had only one. So, this was surprisingly not good fir Marriot
Convenient hotel to spend a long layover at GRU airport. Hourly shuttle. Comfortable bed, good breakfast. Staff wasn't very welcoming at first, but thawed after some time.
