We had an excellent stay and this is due to the owners and their employees, thank you! Everyone was eager to help you at every step so that you can enjoy your stay as much as possible.Every day the room is swept and washed, and the towels are changed every 2 days. As for the bedding, these are changed every 3 days. The food is very good and in every day is different, even the most picky people manage to find something to eat! It is by far one of the best hotels I've stayed at.Thank You and see u soon!

Friendliness of people.
Friendliness of people. Beautiful old town with lovely beach. Good bus service Sozopol to Burgas. Big variety of restaurants.
Well worth a two or three night visit. Beautiful church to visit and a couple of museums. Cobbled streets which might be problematic for people in a wheelchair or with walking difficulties. Lots of nice little shops. Our second visit and we would definitely return. Can get very busy in high season mid June to early September. Out with these times a very relaxing place to be.

Sozopol is a great region, a perfect combination of sea, beach, Ropotamo river, historical and geographical beauty with medieval old town and Winds Castle.
It is good for cycling, swimming, hiking. There are nice restaurants in the new town, just on the beach.
It's quite stretching with the parking in the old town area.

This is a beautiful historic seaside town, with so much to do and see, with wonderful seafood restaurants serving fresh fish caught each day from the local fisherman. I would say it is very charming and romantic rather than touristy. Beaches were amazing and the harbour lovely. I would advise to try to book a room with balcony overlooking the harbour if you can. We were lucky enough to do this and it was wonderful. The streets in the old town are cobbled so make sure to wear sensible walking shoes!

Sozopol is a lovely and quaint old town, with beautiful views, reasonable prices and tasty local food. Local artisans are still available - for paintings, jewelry or other objects. It has nice beaches and offers a good alternative for spending a seaside holiday, as compared to the other Bulgarian seaside resorts - we prefer it.

Sozopol genuinely has something for everyone - great beaches, great places to eat and drink, a delightful old town, history a-plenty, but also nightlife of all kinds if that's your thing. Every year when we discuss where to stay on Bulgaria's Black Sea coast, wherever else we visit, we always end up spending at least a few days in Sozopol.

Sozopol is a former fishermen village and they kept the architecture. The old town is wonderful to walk in, lots of places to eat well, lots of buildings to admire. Don't miss out the local Museums. Sozopol has 2 major nice beaches, but don't be shy, go also along the rocks, you will like the small areas there flooded with wild sea life. If you are lucky, you may be fortunate to see the local shows held in the Amphitheatre. You will find a lot of small art galleries, and hand made things and really cool street food.
+ Beautiful view from the penthouse apartment
+ The staff is really top level, great service!
+ A small bar serving coffee and drinks - very convenient and not that common in Sozopol hotels with apartments
+ The pools are nice, with a lot of shade during hot days
+ A lot of trees and a well maintained garden around the pool, it feels like a small oasis
+ Although the beach is near, the apartment was quiet and peaceful during the day and the evening
+ The beach close by is great for everyday use
Very big room and direct sea view.
we had everything: kettle, glasses, mugs, refrigerator, hair dryer, flatiron and an ironing board, little shower gels and shampoos.
The bed was very comfy and the windows really stopped the waves sound at night when the sea was really noisy. The balcony has sun protection.
Everything was very clean and the owner always asked us if we need anything.
You are between the old and the new town, the old town is not far. There's a public parking near the hotel.
The apartment is clean, quiet, and spacious, with a really nice balcony. Its location is very convenient. Nearby, you can find a big supermarket like Lidl, which is just a 2-minute walk away. Within walking distance, you have various options:
1. Enjoy bars at Kavatsi, such as Exe.
2. Explore the beautiful beaches of Sozopol.
3. Visit the charming Sozopol old town.
4. Experience the beaches at Kavatsi/Smokinya.
A taxi ride to "Gradina" will cost you around 10-15 euros.
We loved everything. Apartment is large and very comfortable. 2 large separate rooms and 1 common space. Everything is in good condition. Our kids liked the pool. The bottle of vine from hosts wait us in the fridge.
The nearest beach is samdy, but small and not so good. As we have a car, we went to kavaziti Beach. It is really the best beach we have ever seen in Bulgaria.
Thanks, we have great 2 days here.
Wonderful place to stay in Sozopol. The room was large and comfortable. Very large bed and great shower in the bathroom. Good wifi. 10 minute walk to Old town and close walk to beaches, dining and other attractions. The view from the apartment is outstanding and has a large balcony. Easy access with good directions.
The room was big enough and quite clean. The stuff was cleaning every day. We also enjoyed the pool area (very clean and nice). The hotel is a 30 minutes walk from Sozopol Old Town and it has a nice restaurant across the street. For 86 BGN/night it was ok overall. The pool saves the place.
The location - in the old town of Sozopol, near the beach, the walls of the ancient fortress that surrounds the peninsula, the tall cliffs - everything is breath taking!
The host - a lovely and warm person! Thank you for all your help!
I really hope to come back one day!
Amazing view and the best owners. Friendly, kind and sweet. Made our stay a special experiemce i will rember.
Next time i visit Sozopol will pick the same hotel for sure.
4th floor have amazing see view and the rooms and very clean and well mantained.
The apartment and the place has everything for a perfect vacation. Street food, restaurants, supermarkets, beach are just a few steps away. Also old town Sozopol is just 20 minutes walk away. The beds are really comfortable so we slept like 2 babies.
One of the best places in Sozopol I have been. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Many thanks to Natasha who made our stay excellent. Hotel is very close to the beach and and beach bars but it is in very quite location.
Beatifull landscape, gardens well maintained, make you fell like in paradise.Entertaiment for kids and adults. Tasty Bulgarian food, plenty of choice, hard working kitchen employers.Giving 10 to the lady master of the soups.
Adi’s place is beautifully decorated, and the interiors compliment the incredible views from both balconies. The location is great, just a 10-12 min from Kavatsi beach and a 10-15 min taxi/drive from Sozopol’s Old Town.
The hotel is close to the beach and the central shopping area of the New Town of Sozopol, the room was spacy and clean. The hosts were polite and the receptionist offered us a free beach umbrella. We would visit again!
Clean, quiet, family run hotel, very kind and helpful hosts. Nice view to the see, full equipped pool.
The old town of Sozopol ist in 30 minutes walk distance. We enjoyed our holidays there.
the rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, new furniture, the terrace is very nice and big ,
the hotel is close to the beach (5min walk) and to the old town Sozopol center (10-15 min walk)
It is at the best location right above the beach and facing sunrise, and in close proximity to the old town. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the rooms are well equipped.
The hotel is beautiful with an amazing view. The pool area is very nice as well. Nice location close to the beach and not too far from the city center.
