LOCATION - The location is excellent! 2mins away from the beach and the beach itself is one of the best I've personally seen on the Bulgarian seaside. The whole housing estate is very nice, the pools were not bad as well, not too crowdy even though it was high season.

Great location right on the beach. Awesome sun loungers in the shade of some trees. The beach is sandy and clean, water was perfect. It was so relaxing to fall asleep to the sound of the sea.
I like the location, the private beach and the possibility to find free place on the beach or near the pool every time I need to. The apartment was very comfortable, with nice design and furniture. The balcony has a nice view and lovely curtains, so you can be in privacy on the ground floor. This is the best place to stay at Kavatsi beach for me.
Great location, very close to the beach, and 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Wonderful balcony view of the sea from first line, comfortable beds, nice room setting. Ideal for a short trip to the seaside, even a longer one.
The complex is vey close to the beach, the apartment has all facilities available, large balcony and 2 bathrooms. The car can be parked in a locked parking, at 9 leva per night. The pool is clean and can be used as an alternative to the seaside beach.
