Athesstance was a lovely place to stay. First of all it is very well located. My room was delightful, very well appointed, lovely design and so very comfortable & relaxing. I liked the lounge area such a bonus, where you can use the cutlery & sit and eat a meal. I look forward to my next stay.

The property was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. Modern facilities and everything you needed except for a very minor detail of milk.

A lovely town, with good cafes and and IGA, all very close to the Pt Lonsdale Guesthouse. The town seems like a very lovely community.
Having ridden the Bellarine Rail Trail from Geelong, we cycled along the beach on the hard sand and jumped in the water before heading to the guesthouse - a dip in the morning before we left too.
I'd stay two nights minimum next time to make the most of everything in the area.

Love the old Lonsdale area with its genteel atmosphere of laid back seaside holiday homes. The wonderful waterfront walks, playgrounds and Main Street shops. Front row to watch the ships coming and going through the heads.

I loved walking to the lighthouse and along the beach until the end of the concrete path (a good 1.5 hours).
I saw dolphins on one of my walks.
Point Lonsdale is a lovely, small, quiet town that provides & uncrowded break from the city & other. Hectic coastal towns.

Everything was walking distance within Point Lonsdale. It is also only a short drive to Queenscliff, Barwon Heads & other beaches. Great selection of restaurants & cafes that are close by, as well as walking along beaches and beach tracks
The decor was beautiful .A very calm relaxing place. The area is stunning with beautiful views from lots of different locations close by . Point Lonsdale is really nice and we also had Queenscliff Close by .l wish we could have stayed longer .

A well appointed, neat, clean, maintained and homely house. Equipped for a family to have fun, comfort and relax on holiday. Loved our holiday and would recommend Sandy bottoms as a great place to stay.
