The apartment was beautifully appointed. There is a Nespresso machine (wish I'd known about that, I would have brought my favourite capsules), dishwasher, laundry, 1.5 bathrooms. It has a lovely view, the night skiiing fireworks were great to watch from there. The bar is small, with a pool table (which I think you have to pay for, I didn't play). There was an amazing visiting American bartender who made some awesome cocktails, perfect for apres ski. We booked the restaurant, which has generous servings and had live music when we

I was very, very happy with my stay at Rydges Horizons at Jindabyne last night. The view over lake Jindabyne from the balcony was beautiful and uninterrupted. All of the staff were very friendly and efficient. Top marks to every staff member that i had contact with Rydges is fortunate to such an excellent team. The food was spectacular. I enjoy good quality food, the kitchen staff at Rydges absolutely delivered! I had the scallops and the Mignon, can't remember the last time I had such a great meal. The Queen studio apartment was lovely. Everything I would ever want from a hotel and more. Lots of amenities, I really liked the bath, thankyou!

    Loved the peak music festival.

Loved the peak music festival. I would suggest that no one stays at snowy gums. The hot water system doesn’t work and we only got to have 2 showers in four days. The manager didn’t seem to offer any explanation.

    Perisher is very disappointing!

Perisher is very disappointing! There is no tube town anymore. 5 years ago it was amazing. Scenic chair lift options, magic carpet for kids. There is nothing now. So if you are taking young kids and not skiing, there is zero to do. Just to do 1 chair lift ride it is $200 each for lift passes. Such a joke. On the maps they have tube town. It is gone. There is no play area with t-bar like advertised. Not suited for families. There is no vibe. No winter wonderland. Nothing

perisher had a great selection of facilities such as food ,ski shops, and hotels. The kids had private ski lessons with the instructor being exceptional at getting them up to speed and i was able to have fun skiing with them after only a couple of lessons. The weather was excellent and being spring the scenery was absolutely stunning as you had the snow melt exposing the vegetation combined with the snow background

2020 is definitely not the year that anyone expected, but the Perisher team took everyone's health and safety seriously. I felt comfortable and safe the whole time. The ski instructors were amazing with my children (8, 12 and 14). The runs were well groomed. The lifts queues were well managed. Every Perisher staff member we encountered was very helpful and friendly.

We know the Perisher Valley well.

We know the Perisher Valley well. The Hotel is in an excellent position, but it is old and needs to be brought up to standards. We had Dinner and breakfast at the hotel as part of the package. We had lunch on the skiing slopes. The skiing was good as virtually all lifts were open and the snow was good by Australian standards.

The radiator was very warm. The bed was comfortable. Staff weren’t friendly, exactly, but they were helpful and professional. Board games in the main area were a nice touch. Ski hire place was handy and the guy there was helpful. It was helpful to have the change rooms to use after check out once we’d had one more play in the snow. The national park that the hotel is set in is truly gorgeous.

Swagman was excellent and great place to stay because of the lodge, games, fireplace, snooker, game room, children room, bar, coffee, and snacks. Its owner operated and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this place to visit and stay. Perisher Valley's ski resort is walking distance from swagman and easily accessible.

We stayed in the family room up in the 2nd floor with the village view. The room was perfect for our family with 2 kids. We had plenty of space to move around. The location of the hotel was fantastic, especially for us who are beginner skiers - the lessons were right outside the doorstep! It couldn’t get any more convenient than that!
