Villa Noosa is not really a property we would normally consider but accommodation choices in Noosa over this school holiday period were severely limited. We were pleasantly surprised by the rooms which are double brick but painted white inside accented by wood panels which made the room quite inviting. The room we had requested had a King Size bed which was one of the most comfortable I have had with recent accommodation. The room smelt clean and overall the cleanliness could not be faulted. They provided an over abundance of toiletries which we found refreshing. There is a small bar fridge we were able to use to store our water and parking was undercover big enough to cover a new generation Ranger which is a pleasant surprise. Access to Woolworth's and its supporting shopping centre is across the carpark and the Villa Noosa meal offerings were good (You get a 10% discount on meals when you show your room key).

Location was perfect for us. A short walk and river ferry to Hastings every day. Restaurants and eateries a short walk away from the motel. Bed was excellent. As was our host Amy. Was full of great insights and information regards Noosa and the do’s and don’ts where and when’s etc etc. just a delightful person and great human being. Much kudos to her. Highly recommended we shall certainly return when we visit Noosa again. The free underground parking was a bonus.

Excellent location, a few steps away from the activity on the Noosa River. Positioned on a leafy, quiet, side street in a family orientated apartment complex. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, newly renovated, with everything you need. The main living/kitchen area opens on two sides providing cross ventilation, breezes, and views to trees in typical Noosa beach style. Plenty of room for our family of 7. We will definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
Noosaville is so much nicer than Noosa. Better shops and restaurants…everything you would need for a holiday. The Noosa Yacht club is a great place for meals and drinks for all the family….beautiful views of the river.

A very pleasant place to stay, within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, shopping and walks along the river. A short drive to the beach and plenty to do in the area. Interesting day trips from there too.

Noosaville is a good relaxing place to stay.
Noosaville is a good relaxing place to stay. It has good facilities within walking distance, good public transport to other Noosa areas and good roads if you want to drive.
There are at least 10 restaurants/cafes to eat in the local area. The walking track along the river is very good.

Noosaville waterfront is lovely for a long walk by the water. The boat house fish place is the best fish and chips. Mr Jones & Me is a very good place for an exceptional evening meal highly recommend. Transport by car or bike is easy. Things to think about on a return visit would be to ask for accommodation with no upstairs unit.

Initially we planned to stay only one night in Noosa and hadn't booked ahead so after asking at the i-center, headed out of town a few minutes to Noosaville and luckily found reasonably priced accommodation.
Noosaville was so central to get around, and after a walk through Noosa National Park and taking in the stunning views, we chose to stay a further two nights, travelling daily to take in more of the sights.
We dined at Eclipse Greek Restaurant and found the service and food 5*****
Eumundi Markets was an insight to local talented artist's and well worth the visit. Food trucks and coffee too!

Seems like a good place for families, but it was further away from the CBD than we anticipated, and because our room was next to the pool, there was a lot of noise from the children using same. The room itself was fine and even came with its own garage. There were lots of things to do (tennis courts, a couple of pools, etc. but because the rain was incessant, we were unable to enjoy the propwrty as much as we'd have liked. Staff was great - friendly and helpful, and the onsite cafe provided a variety of dishes, though the food was only so-so.
Comfortable bed, spacious room and ensuite, dining table and balcony table and chairs. Close to grocery shopping and hotel with excellent quality meals. Can walk to waterfront with many BBQ and picnic table sites. Good walking track through pleasant parkland along the waterfront. Close to Noosa Heads beach and National Park. Also short drive to Sunshine beach. Great central location, will definitely stay again.
Clean and equipped apartments with everything needed for a short stay. Simple after hours check in and the girl at reception the next morning was lovely and very helpful with recommendations. Great quiet location on the river while only being a short drive to all the central hot spots.
Beautiful spot, right on the river. Easy walk to a fabulous restaurant strip/ ferry to Noosa and 15 minutes to walk to a shopping centre.
James and Leanne could not have been more hospitable. Relaxed and low key. Perfect.
Great location! Fantastic waking up to the waterfront views with a cuppa. Very clean and beautifully made up. The management team were lovely and accommodating. And so close to the action on Gympie Terrace.
