The beach on the weekend is nice. Lots of family activity and cafe culture, dog walking etc. There is a big Cole’s by the beach so easy to get groceries. I didn’t venture too far from the Hotel so can’t comment beyond this. If you are going for a beach holiday it’s a good spot. Breakfasts are good but evening meals are pricey.

A beautiful spot which we return to from Tasmania each year.

Love that the shops are so close to the beach and the boardwalk.
Lovely restaurants.
The boardwalk is amazing and the beach is to die for :)
Transport is also good if you are wanting to head up or down the coast.

You'll love Mooloolaba as we do. What a great location.
You'll love Mooloolaba as we do. What a great location. Stay somewhere in close proximity to the beach.
If you're an LGBTQIA+ Traveller, we can't recommend The Landmark Resort as we had a very unpleasant HOMOPHOBIC experience with a Senior Staff Member (Front of House) May 2023 and wrote to the General Manager. We Received No Response. After several stays, will not stay there again.
COCO Mooloolaba is worth a stay. Good place.

We have been visiting Mooloolaba for many many years and we plan to keep returning. Beautiful, family friendly beaches, with easy walking along the beach front up to Maroochydore and out along the spit. It is also great for surfing, boating and fishing. Easy ccess to a range of shops, cafes and restaurants.

You will not regret holidaying in Mooloolaba.
You will not regret holidaying in Mooloolaba. It has everything you could want in a holiday spot. Great shopping, seafood, cafe's, restaurants, coffee shops, ice-cream. It has playgrounds, canal cruises, Sea Life, the Marina and it is not far from bigger shopping centers if required. You can drive up the mountain and explore Maleny, go to the Eumundi Markets, explore Noosa all just a short drive, otherwise relax at the beach and watch the kids play, swim and look for crabs. Such a beautiful part of our country.

pretty town not far from most amenities, plenty of walks along the water front, plenty of shops to look at. Coles just down the road along with take away outlets.
easy to get around, just would not stay at particular accommodation again.
Nice clean apartment with a good location and access to beach/Esplanade. Staff were in general friendly and helpful in attending to a dishwasher fault (which unfortunately still wasn't rectified by the time we checked out). BBQ facilities and tools/washing up items provided were great. All facilities in general were clean and well looked after. Overall we had a lovely time in Mooloolaba and thank Breeze for having us.
Location was perfect as it was far enough away from the esplanade to avoid noise and foot traffic yet close enough to get to and enjoy the wonderful offerings of cafes, restaurants and shops with Coles supermarket virtually at your doorstep.
The main feature was the easy access to beach and being able to access to all these facilities with an easy walk avoiding the need to hire a car.
Was really confined space . Overcharged for a hostel room I could not get over how uncomfortable the bed was and we have stayed in many hostels.
The social area closes way to early to even get chatting with anyone I wouldn’t recommend staying here we got a 5 star hotel for 200$ a night and paid $160 a night for this not worth the money you need to lower your price
Location and view of the adjacent ocean and islands are priceless.
Short stroll to Mooloolaba Esplanade to dine and see the small shops.
Grounds and facilites well kept and maintained.
Undercover secure parking
Wifi strong and works well
Foxtel in the lounge/dining area.
Location was perfect for us. While not on the beach, it was only a quick walk away. Close to shops and to the wharf precinct also. Very quiet and unit was a good size and very comfortable. Pool was a good size and nice to come back to after a day at the beach.
lovely big clean apartment. good amenities with washing dryer facilities. good location to the beach and Mooloolaba esplanade. quite noisy with the road traffic. great to be able to be in the kitchen or dining room or couch and to be able to see the ocean.
The hotel is very close to the Esplanade and beach, so location is tops. The apartment is spacious and sitting area is very comfortable. Laundry facilities in the apartment was great and we had lorikeets visit us on the balcony.
What a stunning view!
We enjoyed being right on the beach- perfect for a holiday with my 90 year old mother. She loved the main bedroom and we enjoyed watching some beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
Location spot on. Right in the heart of Mooloolaba and so beachfront. Kitchen fully equipped. Neat tidy room. Shopping bbq walking distance. Kids had so much fun.
Mooloolaba is always a great location to stay. Mantra Zanzibar is also very well located with the beach across the road and restaurants & bars close nearby.
Welcoming, friendly and helpful managers on reception. Rooms are extremely clean and well appointed. 250 metres to Mooloolaba esplanade. Secure parking.
