Short stay with full townhouse to enjoy, with everything at our hands we were able to relax and just take in the view of the ocean from the lounge. Beautiful. Clean, efficient service by owner and employee.

Lived near Maroochydore, was nice staying along the River so nice, great walking/riding path along the river. A 2- 5 minute walk to the local small shopping centre IGA, Seafood shop and The Bridge Hotel that had meals where we ate Twice during our stay. A popular coffee next door to our accommodation for breakfast and dinners. Unfortunately we didn’t get to eat there. Bus stop out the front of our accom on Bradman over for buses to Maroochydore Plaza a major shopping complex and food area. Or an easy 8 minute drive. Easy access to The Motorway to either Sunshine Coast Airport or up to Noosa or down to Mooloolaba, Kawana or Caloundra by the Motorway.

We haven’t visited the Coast as often as we see to but caught up with many places this last trip.
Maroochydore is much the same but more built up than used to be.
Made a trip to Sea Life and then we were going to have lunch at The Wharfe but were very disappointed in the Wharfe. Far too congested these days so we didn’t stay. We bought a delicious lunch along near the River and thoroughly enjoyed our time there .

Maroochydore is a bustling town.
Maroochydore is a bustling town. Beautiful river views and family friendly parks. We spent much of our time walking along the river and enjoying the views. There are many water sports to participate in. The Sunshine Plaza has an array of shops and eateries suitable for everyone.

We loved Maroochydore as it is more relaxed and not quite as touristy as Maloolaba. There are great shops and malls nearby and many cafés and restaurants within walking distance. There is an aquatic centre, bowling greens, sports clubs etc., all in easy distance. It is an easy drive to get to the motorway north or south and Noosa etc., is under an hours drive away. The marina/wharf and seafood restaurants are only a few minutes drive. Cotton Tree is a lovely little area with great cafés and shops and it's nice to have both the estuary and beach to choose from. There is a wonderful camping/holiday park right on the estuary in the heart of the village. The Alex Bluff Bar is great for live music, food and drinks and the Boat Shed riverside restaurant/bar is great for a relaxed afternoon meal by the river.
This is one of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we were welcomed by Amit w the keys and a beautiful fresh bakery cake, to enjoying a pod coffee this morning. The apartment is perfectly situated in the beach close to restaurants and bars, with great facilities and is well appointed w everything you could possibly want for a comfortable stay.
I can’t wait to rebook!
Fantastic little house for our family of three. We stayed 6 nights and found the place very well equipped for our stay. Very functional and well thought out. Nice quiet street with river walk nearby and a short drive to a lot of what Maroochydore has on offer. Great host too who was very responsive and ready to help if needed - although we didn't need to contact them for anything.
I travel to the Sunshine Coast often and have stayed at various places. This is my favourite and my preference. It has everything I need and an excellent location. Lots of restaurants close by, shopping mall, parks etc. The apartments are comfortable and beds a great. Gym and pools are within the complex and I used them every day.
Perfect location with Maroocy Beach, cotton tree walks, and river all within 3 minutes of walking. No road to cross. Excellent food cafes all around and shopping and scooter rentals. Quiet peaceful hotel, very clean and well maintained. Concierge very helpful, friendly and available anytime. 👍😊
The room we got was so spacious and super clean. I felt the cleaner put a lot of effort into cleaning the room. Loved the ice machine fridge. Bathroom wad big and nice. We chose a large room for 5 people to fit and it was worth it. Very cheap
Was fully stocked with more than enough
Friendly and helpful service. Location accessible to main roads. Clean rooms and my requirements, were met for the cleaning, due to my allergies. Appreciated that greatly. Great view of the Maroochydore River. So nice to sit out on the balcony.
For the price of this accommodation, I didn't expect too much. However the apartment was absolutely amazing! It was a beautiful apartment, felt so comfortable and clean. Will definitely be staying here again on our return to Maroochydore.
Verve on Cotton Tree was in a great location within walking distance of the beach and places to eat. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked great.
The location was so amazing. Unit 35 on level 9 was very good for view. The living area was spacious. The bedrooms where comfortable. The bathroom & toilet areas need to be updated. The apartments where very quiet.
Waves is an exceptional place. Staff are always friendly and the accommodation is superb. We've been multiple times and stayed in different apartments, each equally fantastic. You can't beat the view!
Lovely outlook across the Maroochydore River. The apartment is well designed. Very little noise from other apartments. The traffic noise from Duporth Avenue in the main bedroom settles by 22:00.
The owner has completed a full renovation of an old hotel. Very modern decor well suited to the location. Plush bedding with stylish finishes. The manager was friendly and helpful.
Location is fantastic. Central to so many things. Views from the apartment were also amazing. Apartments were well equipped and pool and spa were fantastic.
