This is a beautiful property in a quiet suburb but close to the main business centre. The decor was happy, bright but very comfortable.
The landlady was extremely helpful. We accidentally left an item behind and it was no trouble for her to send it. We really appreciated this service.
Beds and linen were lovely. All our needs were catered for.

One of my favourite places to visit!
One of my favourite places to visit! I live in the city (Perth) and not nearly enough people are as friendly and conversational as they are in Margaret River. The beaches are absolutely beautiful and you’re surrounded by nature.
You must visit the Margaret River Chocolate Company, Wow Illusions, and the Margaret River Sweet Shop. And make sure to stop in at Cowaramup on the way through!
Some of the roads are a little iffy, but majority have either been updated or are getting updated as we speak.

Beautiful scenery and wilderness to explore.
Beautiful scenery and wilderness to explore. Incredible wineries, breweries and a great distillery to check out. Excellent food options, and unbelievable coastal vistas. Go bush walking, enjoy the beach!
Only downside is things can be a bit pricier than in a big city - ie: groceries, meals out etc. But that's a fairly minor complaint, and something to be expected.

This is a lovely town, but be aware it really exists just because of tourism. The vast majority of shops are there to support that, so gift shops aplenty! It’s worth a visit for an afternoon, or stay there, or locally, as a base, but in itself is rather limited.

Everything from the facilities, to the staff, to the location was perfect. The staff were so friendly upon arrival, the gentleman showed us the tourist brochures and engaged in conversation, offering recommendations.
When we entered the room, we were blown away by how clean and fresh the room was. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was lovely to sit out on the verandah and watch the parrots while we had a coffee. I would highly recommend this lodge to anyone wanting to stay in Margaret River.
Margaret River Guest House itself has such a calming ambience, a true 'home from home!' So comfortable throughout with such incredible attention to detail in terms of decor & service! Lisa & Kieran are just the perfect hosts! Breakfast was amazing with everything freshly made. Freshly baked cakes also freely available daily, as is a wonderful port nightcap. Can't recommend highly enough, will definitely be staying again if back in the area!
The location of the property is very convenient, a short walk to all local amenities whilst enjoying the peacefulness of being at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The house has a good layout and large area for lounge and dining. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze, and having laundry facilities was really helpful as Margaret River was just the first stop on our holiday. Dealing with Carolyn & Matt made the whole trip seamless.
Location is perfect, we walked everywhere from the house to margaret river town, walked to dinner, shopping, pub all of it... Secured back yard for dogs and close to walk trails, everything you could have needed inside the house and quite secluded being the rear unit. Bedrooms are neat with ceilaing fans and there is an aircon in the main living area. Its is definately a fair price for good accomodation.
It’s modern and yet located in a forested area. Central location to explore Margaret river and near to supermarkets. There are ample space in the house for everyone. Wildlife outside of unit. Upon arrival, we spotted a kangaroo. In the mornings (abt 7+am), there are lots of kangaroos 50m to the left of the house. Dishwasher is available which is fantastic.
Wilderness House is in a perfect location, not far from Margaret River township, set amongst beautiful Australian bush. With wrens busy in the garden, the bunny's and parrots create a peaceful setting. Gayles' breakfast is devine and certainly substantial. Gayle knowledge of the area certainly makes navigating the many things to do in the area easy.
Nicely decorated apartment with its own balcony. The location is super quiet and you can enjoy the privacy. Walking distance to Margaret River CBD if you don't want to drive at night.
Can take photos of the Milky Way at night from the balcony directly!
The location is far from margaret river town center but is very quiet (but safe) and cozy. It is located near the beach and the night sky is breathtaking.
The room is very clean and the cooking equipment is fantastic.
The rooms are huge.
Harmony Forest is idyllic. Surrounded by nature, it is so peaceful and home to a wide variety of wildlife. It offered our family a total getaway while only being a short drive to Margaret River and many beautiful beaches.
The cottage is super cozy and the location is just 5 min drive from Margaret River City center. The place is so quiet and isolated yet equipped with everything we need. We could see so many kangaroos from our cottage.
A spacious well maintained town house that is so close to shops and restaurants in Margaret River. Communication with our hosts worked well. I definitely would stay here again and would recommend to others.
very good location in Margaret river with just about 5 minutes walk to the main street. very clean, spacious and comfy studio. would highly recommended
