The room was very clean and spacious, and in an excellent location with plenty of restaurants, shopping and night-life. Parking was very clearly explained and easy to access, as was the check-in and check-out. We had a great time!

Great location within the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Large clean comfortable room and bathroom. Breakfast was included in the price we paid and this was excellent too, with GF option available. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great shopping centre close by the Novotel and close to...
Great shopping centre close by the Novotel and close to Sandown Racecourse and a great starting point to head to the Dandenong ranges for the day. Novotel has amazing restaurant with middle eastern Indian and classic cuisine which was delicious make sure you try the coconut curry prawns. Under cover parking at shopping centre, Novotel parking is not free but car is safe and accessed easily from hotel. Be it business in south eastern suburbs or mid point of holiday this is great place to spend a day and night just chilling

I visited the restaurants and the shopping centre. They were within walking distance. The menus were very good with reasonable prices. The other place which I visited was Chadstone Shopping Centre which is a short drive away.

Rose the cleaner was just lovely. Good eye for detail.
I enjoy the restaurants and cafes - love Asian food. So much choice. Even the Asian supermarkets at The Glen are fabulous.
The residential parking worked really well, once you knew the system.
The eatery within The Glen has a great variety of food also. Great to grab a takeaway to reheat for dinner in the apartment.

Glen Waverley is a very multi cultural area and as such there are many Asian restaurants to dine at. The train station is next to our accommodation and buses as well. The Glen Shopping center has everything you want in it. There is also a bowling Alley and a movie theater close by.
The convenience of the location simply can't be matched, only mere meters from the train station, bus depot, a major mall, and major shopping center. Even living in the Glen Waverley area for over 30 years, I still found things to discover living at the IKON for a short spell. Facilities were wonderful, the shower strong, the bed comfortable, kitchen fully featured, there's little more to ask for. The host is very accommodating and very responsive.. we have already rebooked for our next trip.
The location of the hotel is conveniently situated for those who do not have access to a car, as public transportation options such as buses and trains are easily accessible. Moreover, the area around the hotel is well known for its diverse culinary offerings. Although I did not have breakfast at the hotel, there were plenty of options available nearby. Lastly, I found the hotel staff to be very amiable and hospitable.
My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sky Garden, and we were captivated by the stunning views and the serene ambiance that truly made our experience memorable. The facilities were top-notch, having no problems at all.
In terms of local amenities, glen waverley has a wide range of amenities, including shopping and dining, they are notably centered around the shopping centre, and Kingsway.
Good sized room, queen bed, good quality furnishings, big tv, well equipped bathroom, separate couch, double glazed windows and good airconditioning. Excellent restarunt - Indian - asian food avaible in the evening. Extensive breakfast offerings. Location in Glen Waverley suited our requirements but might be out of the way for some people depending on the location they needed.
Excellent location in Glen Waverly makes it easy to travel anywhere in SE Melbourne without any difficulty.
Very quite unit block with communal areas well maintained.
Basement car parking is easy to access and parks are generously sized.
The manager, Harry, is very easy to contact if there are any issues and he always responds to phone calls or texts.
The host was very prompt in reacting. He came within 30mins to open the gate for us. When we found that the 2 of the pots were not usable, they sent us 2 more the next morning.
The house is very spacious with 2 living rooms and allowed us to have our own space. It is near a major shopping mall with 2 supermarkets. Very convenient.
Great location convenient to all the shops, restaurants and cafes of Glen Waverley and very short walk to The Glen shopping centre. I liked that the layout provided space between the 2 bedrooms. Having the carpark in the basement was very convenient as we were in and out a lot. Lots of windows in the main living area.
I always stay here when travelling to Melbourne. The location is super convenient with a major shopping centre and food outlets nearby. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast with a mix of cereals, breads, hot meals, juices and coffee. Thank you!
The staff were extremely accommodating and lovely. We booked last minute here after leaving the previous hotel in disgust. The novotel was gorgeous, room was clean and my young children had a wonderful time. We have already planned our next stay, when returning to Melbourne.

This is a motel, got what I paid for. Close to the center. Room is cleaned daily, has some chairs and cabinets. Glad that it has a refrigerator, which is better than some "hotel".
Location good. Very near to railway station. Shopping centre is at walking distance. Convenient to buy things you need. The hotel room is tidy and clean.
