My stay was excellent and the staff were wonderful. The amenities were sufficient, and the shared bathrooms were clean and modern. The pub downstairs offered a variety of services and the location was perfect, being in the heart of the city and close to everything.

Had parking on ground floor as requested. Comfortable bed, clean large room, Fridge, Toaster, crockery and microwave included. It was opposite the beach so had a nice walk along the white sandy beach. A short distance away there was a lifesaver tower which I presume is used in summer. Not crowded as it is a large beach but safe walking with other people walking including families and people with dogs on leads. Nice and quiet Motel. Are staying here on the way home. A couple of minutes away is a huge shopping complex.

Coff's itself is a lovely town. Plenty to look at and all sorts of cafes. People were friendly.
There were plenty of cafes that suit everyone's taste but I don't remember their names. We've been here a few times on the way back from Qld. There is a shopping centre.
I would check out better accommodation.

This property was a lovely surprise: spacious, clean, well equipped and private. Booked only one night but wish we had been able to stay longer.
Driveway very steep and not ideal for larger car but plenty of street parking. Would recommend this place.

It was a little sad around the hotel, a few people sleeping rough, we did not have anyone bother us, but a sight that saddens when you see people sleeping on the concrete late Autumn. it was chilly. There were delicious smells coming from the eateries around the hotel.

Didn’t have enough time to honestly reply. I only had one night and stayed in wonderful accommodation and ate in their great restaurant. Hosts were lively, rooms were clean and a sharp comparison to the Buderim Fiesta Motel I stayed in the night before which was a disgrace

The food and drinks that we ordered were served to our satisfaction.
But the room and utilities did not meet my expectations as they look old and rundown. I honestly believed that our booking was totally overpriced.
Thank goodness to the beautiful beaches surrounding Coffs Harbour, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Great family trip. Lots of things to do at sapphire beach.
Great family trip. Lots of things to do at sapphire beach. Mini putt putt, basketball court, riding bikes, playing in the park, walking along the beach, games room! Was a fantastic family getaway.. we'll be back next year. Just need to find a good family restaurant.
Our room was spotless. The cleaner’s attention to detail was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. I’m used to expecting hard mattresses when staying at motels, but this mattress was like luxury. Extremely quiet. No road noise and we didn’t hear any other guests either. Modernised, especially the bathroom. Hot water. Microwave. Convenience of late check-in. I will definitely be choosing this motel to stay in again next time I’m at Coffs Harbour.
Advertised as top notch resort. In reality the room was a little tired, paint missing, bathroom shelving needed painting etc. Not bad, but not top notch. Balcony etc could do with a good clean.
Pool opened at 7am, though was being cleaned until nearly 9am, so in reality not relaxing to use. Lots of steps up to room (no lift) and no offer of help with bags. My mother of 75 struggled. Food offer/timings limited so we did not eat at hotel.
The hotel needs work, the rooms were terrible and need maintenance. No Reception and No WIFI. Its 2024
WHen we asked the managers via text which was impossible due to reception their responses were rude. We had to drive out of the resort to get reception. We were in town for OZ tag so prices were inflated, $400 per night for a room that needs work!!! spend this inflated price on getting the resort up to scratch
We loved all the facilities and such a great spot to take your family. The kids loved using the basketball court, tennis court and multiple pools. I loved walking up every morning to the sound of the beach nearby and all the wildlife around. Husband had a great time playing golf which was onsite and cheap to do. We will definitely come back and maybe try one of the other hotels on the grounds.
Brilliant location and much cheaper than the motels I checked. There were ample restaurants and eateries basically just across the road. The owners were fantastic and security was excellent. A great pool too if only the weather was warmer we would have used it. We slept very well and were not disturbed by other guests noise. We had the family room which was great.
Staff were great and helpful. Room was clean, modern and pet friendly (with good strict rules) and in a good location just off the main road. The beds and pillows were comfortable, all room equipment worked and parking was located outside door. Great space allocated for pet bed next to main bed. Cheap and convenient. Would recommend.
We chose the cheapest option for our family (since it was a 1 night stay) and it was perfect!
The facilities were dated but clean and it had everything we needed for the night.
Pool area was lovely, shades in places and fun for our son.
Apartment was very clean, the room had a beautiful view of the ocean and it was quite spacious. The bed and the lounge chairs were extremely comfortable for a hotel. Foxtel access on the TV was also great feature.
Staff were extremely friendly and polite. This was the first time I have stayed at a resort alone and I felt very comfortable and safe. The day spa located onsite is exceptional.
We have stayed before and it's such an awesome spot. So CLEAN and a great location to beach. Fantastic pool and guest laundry also. The apartments are spacious and room to move.
