The King room was rather spacious and clean. As my original booking was supposed to come with the balcony, it was damaged recently, and we were offered an ensuite King Room instead. As a result, there was a rate dispute since the balcony room was not available, and no refund was offered at checked in. It was settled only after a lengthy discussion. As the hotel has an inhouse restaurant located along the estuary, it was nice to be able to watch the sunset during dinner.

Loved the cleanliness, facilities, beautiful gardens, koi ponds, and our hosts were very friendly and obliging. Nestled in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The shower was lovely and hot. Loved that the separate toilet had its own hand-basin. Had our own parking, directly outside our unit.

Bunbury is a lovely town with so much to do and see for all the family. And it won't take you all day from the City to get there, Bonus. We ate at so many places, Last Slice, Eaton Tavern, we had Chinese and also burgers via Uber Eats. So many different choices :)

Several people tried to talk me out of visiting Bunbury as it has a reputation as having a lot of homeless people and drug abuse. The streets are crowded with discarded trash and furniture. However, there is a beautiful beach which wasn't crowded.

Bunbury is a beautiful seaside town with accessible beaches that go on forever. Try bodysurfing at the lighthouse beach. The Bunbury Farmers Market is open 7 days a week and is a must stop for everything local - produce, meat, baked goods, cheese ….. The town is clean with every type of store you would need for supplies. Don’t miss the Dolphin Discovery Centre. I loved this place.

Bunbury is our regular holiday destination when we dont want...
Bunbury is our regular holiday destination when we dont want to drive too far, but we know that we can relax and take in the beautuful beach views every time we holiday there. It is the centre of everything down South with just a short drive to Busselton, Margaret River or Dunsborough. It never disappoints and the weather is perfect in summer for swimming at the beach. Koombanna bay being our absolute fave for families. There is also plenty of places to eat right at your doorstep to choose from, including the new 'Froth Bunbrewery' yummy and of course lots of wineries to visit :-)
Great location right on Kombana Bay. Lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Secure parking on site. I stayed for two nights and didn't move my car once or leave the premises. The hotel has breakfast and dinner facilities that were exceptional. The pork belly and cocktails were out of this world! The room had a spa bath which was massive. Was a great relaxing stay, had everything we needed. Free WiFi, free bottled water, housekeeping checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. All the staff were lovely.
Located in one of Bunbury’s suburbs, the unit is attached to the main house. An old house beautifully restored. A small comfortable unit, with more amenities that we needed, perfect for our needs. Included teas, coffee, breakfast cereal and more . Duncan was friendly and helpful. Will stay there again next time we are in Bunbury.
Exceptional customer service on arrival. Our unit was the size of a house and had old world character and charm. It was set off the main hotel building and was quiet and private. All ammenities that you’d need for a getaway were available.
The Hotel is ideally situated, an easy walk to shops and attractions.
It was nice to be able to eat in different areas and the atmosphere was relaxing.
The pool area and lounging chairs added to the holiday mood.
Had a nice stay. Perfect location next to the light house and a walking distance to lookout. Beach right in front of the hotel was amazing.
Staffs were very welcoming.
Room was very clean and comfortable.
