Value for money. A room with enough bedding for a family. Excellent kitchen facilities and a TV room and dining area. There is also a gym at the back of the property. Communication was excellent.

Picturesque area. Many lovely walks, drives and bike trails. Nearby towns of Wandiligong, Harrietville, Mt Beauty, Myrtleford and Beechworth are worth visiting. Many lovely cafes, restaurants, wineries and breweries. Recommend Tomahawks Restaurant in Bright - very interesting menu, great bar and excellent staff. Gumnut Pies in Bright are delicious. Bright Brewery also recommended. I am sure the pubs are good too. A visit to the Alpine Light Gallery was memorable. It is a beautiful studio of stunning photography.

Bright lives up to expectations for Autumn beauty. This trip we didn't venture beyond town having done sightseeing drives before. We enjoyed our strolls beside the river from the central area on well marked walking tours. The restaurants we visited to purchase meals to take away to sit by the river were served by polite, cheerful and personable staff on each occasion, and were beautiful.

Bright is absolutely stunning especially in the autumn. The main streets were an easy walk from where I stayed at lovely Bright Deluxe. The cafes and restaurants had delicious menus and the staff were so friendly. My objective was to walk the great trails and relax and I definitely achieved it. Beautiful Bright is truly my happy place so see you again very soon…😊

Great location for bushwalking in mt buffalo. Some nice but expensive restaurants. The bright pub brewery is going downhill, a few years ago it was far better, the food now is terrible and the beer is uninteresting. Very sad. Third visit to bright but I guess we won’t return soon.

Bright is a wonderful town.
There are many activities and sites for people to do and visit.
I recommend booking a bike if you want to tour the surrounding areas. Otherwise, there are fantastic walking tracks around the town.
The town is beautiful in summer and more so in Autumn, when most of the leaves have turned golden brown or red.

Cute town which provides access to the ski slopes and...
Cute town which provides access to the ski slopes and Victorian High Country. It's easy to get to and once there you are spoilt for choice with bike trails, hiking or even leisurely strolls. There are tons of cafes, bakeries and restaurants, catering for all dietaries and cuisines.
This property is so well designed, peaceful and has style. We were very comfortable and relaxed among the trees and nature - we were even provided with insect spray to keep the mosquitos away!
Other cabins are not visible and overall we walked into Bright along the beautiful tracks that are close by.
The hosts were very friendly and accommodating to our needs - thank you :)
The views are spectacular, the gardens were lovely, the house was clean and comfortable with a great big bath to relax in and the small touches of hospitality such as the welcome hamper made it special.
Close enough to Bright main town but far enough for privacy and quietness.
Also LOVED how it was pet friendly as we were travelling with our beloved pooch.
The bed was the best! So comfortable! Our 2 BR Cabin had lots of space and storage cupboards in the main bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and had a full size fridge.
The park was lovely and well set out. It had lots of amenities. It's a bit out of the main town of Bright, but we wouldn't mind going back with our caravan next time.
Probably the best location in Bright, walking distance to everything. The freshly renovated room was also great (extremely comfy bed) And great facilities.
No contact check in and check out works a treat but this way we didn’t have the chance to meet the staff and left the whole experience feeling a bit impersonal
The staff were all very friendly and the accommodation was refreshingly as advertised, very clean and comfortable. The pool was a real bonus with the solar heating making it a real luxurious addition. I will recommend the Bright Colonial Motel to friends and family and will definitely book again on my next visit.
What a great little spot this is. The cottages are set in a fabulous garden that puts you in holiday mode immediately. The cottages are super clean, the fireplace is awesome, the shower is amazing and the bed is super comfy... This place is all of the things you want in a wee break away!
Bed was comfortable, my room was clean, loved the nice big shower, reception at hotel was lovely . We will be again and spreed the word how good your accommodation is 😊 very close to everything walking distance to everything.
Due to covid serving breakfast was canceled. But I received home-prepared sweets and cakes everyday instead. My car had issues too as always in holidays. The hotel owner was very helpful of solution offerings.

Was a lovely family friendly caravan park. The cabin was so clean and kitchen was well equipped. Lots of entertainment for the kids as well. The owners were very accommodating when we arrived late.
It was close to the central commercial center of Bright. We used our bikes to travel and it was a great holiday experience. Property is nice and quite the rooms are well maintained.
The motel is well located to make the most of Bright’s and the area’s features and facilities. The staff are friendly and respond to issues straight away.
