It was a beautiful cosy cottage. Excellently situated to shop, restaurants and railway station.
The extra touches ( wine, bread, milk) is rare in a lot of rentals. They were very much appreciated. We will be coming back again next year.

Perfect location, walking distance to town. Quaint older cottage with lovely old charm and decor. Fantastic facilities. Clean and tidy and the log fire was perfect. Host, Rob was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed a sibling get together for the first time in many years ( after attending an Aunt’s funeral).

Beautifully decorated. Spacious. Wifi was good and tv allowed us to use Netflix. Also very well equipped with things like glad wrap. Very clean and well presented. The wine and chocolates were a lovely touch. We loved our stay here

The lovely historic cottage was so comfortable with sufficient heating. We didn't miss television, in fact it was good not to have it. Bowral is quite busy during the day with car spaces at a premium even though there are quite a lot of parking areas. We parked on the street, finding two parking spaces for our two cars and walked to the closest cafe Le Gastronome and had a delicious lunch with friendly staff and heated plates to keep our food hot.

Bowral was very busy during the weekend stay.
Bowral was very busy during the weekend stay. Enjoyed wandering around the CBD and popping into the many interesting shops. Plenty of options for coffee/morning/afternoon tea. Parking can be a bit of a problem. Enjoyed our Thai meal at Home 9 and a dinner at Briars.

A charming place to visit and close to Sydney to make for comfortable travel. Which is why it fills up with Sydney-siders on the weekend. If you don't like lining up for a lot of places, visit mid-week if you can.
Location was excellent, I would have preferred to be able to park within the property, not out on the street but it is a quiet street so it didn't matter too much. I loved the old world charm and the historic sense that early Bowral people had lived there. I liked the fact that it was close to town yet not too close and that the heaters kept the place warm and we felt comfortable and dry as it was raining. We found a good cafe for lunch and the fact there was tea and coffee was appreciated when we arrived.
Links House is a charming small hotel with a beautiful country atmosphere and friendly staff. The restaurant is superb, one of the best meals we have ever had. The location near the golf course is lovely and quiet yet close to the heart of Bowral. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway to a quaint guest house style vacay I would recommend Links House. Make sure you book for dinner as the restaurant is quite an intimate small setting.
We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at Links House. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic and we ate in the dining room one night and our meals were scumptious. The beds were very comfy. The common areas - lounge, dining room and bar area very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Loved the big open fire. Very quiet location and easy walk into Bowral town centre.
The room was very comfortable and clean. It was within walking distance of the church we wanted to attend and the Bowral Tulip Festival. It was also within walking distance of restaurants and shops (the motel has its own restaurant which served excellent food). The spareribs and beef pot pie were really good. So were the burgers.
Great location within walking distance to the Bowral town centre, cafes and shops. Neat, well appointed room with comfy bed. Staff were also exceptionally helpful and kindly arranged for a spare mattress when our friend's accommodation fell through last minute.
Location is great, being halfway between Bowral and Moss Vale. Quite location, but Inn next door was a bonus.
Motel/Hotel grounds were beautiful, with small lake with many ducks and other birds making a wonderful, peaceful, relaxing place to unwind.
Location, gardens and surroundings are typical Southern Highlands and beautifully looked after, can't say the same for the hotel building. Restaurant food was very good and the menu, although not extensive, the fod was well cooked snd presented
As this was part of an hotel and it was Saturday night we expected lots of noise. It was noisy in the restaurant as it was so busy but the room was amazingly quiet and the food was really excellent.
The ambiance of the hotel was both charming and elegant, with tasteful décor that exuded a sense of timeless luxury. Check-in was very easy, the staff were very helpful and the rooms were lovely.
The cottage was well stocked with tea, coffee, cereal, fresh milk, and fruit. The washer/dryer worked well. The extra towels and bath robes were a bonus. Excellent WIFI and Netflix.
The room was delightful, I especially appreciated that they provided facial tissues. The staff was extremely helpful. The location was excellent to walk to downtown Bowral.
