I had a single room - the bed was 'OK', the shower was a bit dated, but all very cosy and comfy. The view was gorgeous over the lake. The staff were lovely. The food (dinner) was fantastic and the breakfast was lovely!

We were upgraded from a double room to an apartment for free, so there is not much we could complain about :)
A dog mat and bowl with water were ready in the room for our dog - a very nice gesture!
The room itself was big enough with all the necessary equipment.
