We had a fantastic stay in the chalet - modern high spec facilities, in a great location. The owner Silvia has thought of everything.
The private sauna outside was very nice and a great way to unwind after being on the slopes.
Silvia was fantastic - very quick to answer my many questions (ski hire, restaurants, and unfortunately hospitals for a ski injury!!). She was so wonderful and helped us a lot.
Property is located at the bottom of the family run, and you can ski from there to the main mid station lift without the need to use a car or walk far with skis.

The hotel was clean, the room was simple, nothing extra but that's what you get for this price. The lady in the evening was manning the reception, the bar and the restaurant at the same time. She was kind. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was okay. We could order eggs (omlette, fried) which was delicious. Parking was for a fee but we got there late and left before the clock started so managed to get it for free.

Great location for a skiing holiday if you don't mind being away from shops, bars etc. Nearest restaurant is about 20mins walk up the mountain. On the other hand it's quite a nice place to be "stuck" in, has a warm relaxed vibe, the facilities are great and the staff super friendly. Pizzas are very good!

Stuhleck skiing resort (Spital an Semmering) is a good place for a day - or a weekend escape. Even with big problems with snow in march in higher areas in the mountains in 2020 we found there snow to ski.Yeah! Beautiful landscape, good infrastructure. Good and pleasant atmosphere.
Of course minus is the places to eat are becoming more and more expensive, not mentioning the ski-passes prices

We got a little cute cottage at the garden of the main building. The place is cozy, very clean and exactly how it is shown on the pictures. We stayed for one night and we got what we needed to have a shower and a good night sleep. The location is very convenient. It is right in the center of Spital am Semmering so there is a supermarket and a good restaurant some steps away. It is 6 minutes drive from Semmering Bike Park/ Ski Resort. The host is very kind and is willing to answer any question you have about what to do and see around.
Buffet breakfast include in price was delicious. Nice view from window. Friendly personnel. Hotel has drying rack for ski boots and room to store your skiing equipment. Drive to ski resort Stuhleck was just few minutes (about 5 min to parking). Overall very nice accommodation for our weekend ski trip.
Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. I like that the sauna is reserved for a room so privacy is guaranteed. The couple who run the hotel are very hospitable and give the hotel a feeling of being home away from home.
