The hotel was clean, the room was simple, nothing extra but that's what you get for this price. The lady in the evening was manning the reception, the bar and the restaurant at the same time. She was kind. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was okay. We could order eggs (omlette, fried) which was delicious. Parking was for a fee but we got there late and left before the clock started so managed to get it for free.

We received modern, comfortable rooms with a view of the ski slope. We greatly appreciate the attentiveness and kindness of the lady serving breakfast. For instance, she noticed that we were traveling as a group of friends and without us requesting, she set up a table for us side by side for the next morning. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the espresso coffee earned a perfect 10/10 even from a discerning coffee enthusiast.

Great location for a skiing holiday if you don't mind being away from shops, bars etc. Nearest restaurant is about 20mins walk up the mountain. On the other hand it's quite a nice place to be "stuck" in, has a warm relaxed vibe, the facilities are great and the staff super friendly. Pizzas are very good!

Stuhleck skiing resort (Spital an Semmering) is a good place for a day - or a weekend escape. Even with big problems with snow in march in higher areas in the mountains in 2020 we found there snow to ski.Yeah! Beautiful landscape, good infrastructure. Good and pleasant atmosphere.
Of course minus is the places to eat are becoming more and more expensive, not mentioning the ski-passes prices

We got a little cute cottage at the garden of the main building. The place is cozy, very clean and exactly how it is shown on the pictures. We stayed for one night and we got what we needed to have a shower and a good night sleep. The location is very convenient. It is right in the center of Spital am Semmering so there is a supermarket and a good restaurant some steps away. It is 6 minutes drive from Semmering Bike Park/ Ski Resort. The host is very kind and is willing to answer any question you have about what to do and see around.
Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. I like that the sauna is reserved for a room so privacy is guaranteed. The couple who run the hotel are very hospitable and give the hotel a feeling of being home away from home.
Perfect buffet breakfast. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Great location - walking distance to the cable car, a grocery store right next to the hotel. Heated room to store your boots and ski.
