I think Serfaus is one of vthe best destinations in Tyrol. It has great faciulities, its great for familioes with kids of any age. Lots of plygraunds with unusual feacures at almost every cable car station. Some of them are really huge surounded by beautiful nature, the bikepark and singletrails are great, one of the bests with varius levels of expertise, Entire family will find someting to enjoy!

If you want to have mountain view, call them as well. The nice view is from rooms not facing the street, but the back part. Off course you do see the mountains from every where, but from back side is the most beautiful view.

Great extent of skiing and well organised lift system and the underground up the Main Street is a real bonus - hardly have to walk at all. There is very little easy skiing however and the runs back to the resort would not suit beginners at all, or even early intermediates.

never saw any where in the world or anything that I could imagine that is so child friendly, and endless and extremely creative child entertainment every you go on ground level or at any mountain level, and almost everything is free of charge,
Apartman on very nice location, very clean and highly equiped for longer stay. Summer card was a blessing because U can use all the cable cars and transport around the town. Balcony was very nice and apartment has all things that u need. Garage with elevator access is great. Also nice that there is car charger inside. Laundry machine and dryer also available in the ground floor and not expensive.
1. Great location - a minute away from U-bahn (metro) which takes you directly to main lifts (Komperdell). Also groceries, bars and restaurants were very close. 2. Our apartments had infrared sauna! Unfortunately were too tired after skiing to use it. Maybe next time. 3. Ski-room and apartment access from the street via elevator, using electronic key. Didn't even need to use stairs.
Really nice stay. Modern apartment, right on the slopes. We stayed with two families, two small kids each. 3 bedrooms was ideal for that. Good living area around a kitchen and dining table. Everything was nice in the apartment. Super convenient location, 2min walk from the lifts. Hosts we helpful, especially nice to be greeted on arrival and given keys and instructions.

The key was allready in the appartment, so we could drop off our luggage before driving to the parking place and visiting the nearby hotel reception for fullfilling papers. Only a short 5 minutes walk to the lift which was for free. Nice view from the balkony. Baths - there was two - newly renovated, were very nice.
The apartments were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the owner was very helpful. Checking in late was no problem, and being able to order bread for the morning was great. The main lifts are just over 5 minutes walk (in ski boots) so it was a great location for our holiday.
For 2 adults + 6y old kid could be bigger, but it was expected as in the most of other hotels. The weather was wonderful, staff amazing, clean-10 score, place- fantastic, location- great. Personnel amazingly pleasant. Its the place where we would back.

Beds are the best, the garage is so organized, it has a beautiful view from front balconies, they provide summer cards. Furniture and appliances are modern which make apartments so comfortable. Bathrooms are nice and big.has a lift.certainly I would come again.
