Small very smart village with very good set up for skiing and especially families. Good food options on the slopes but village actually fairly limited for pubs/cafes and pretty quiet in the evenings.
Probably less easy to access by public transport - we flew to Munich and hired a car. Good snow, slopes not too crowded and enough variety for most intermediate skiers. If you live for black runs and mogul fields, look elsewhere!

Fiss is a village will equiped for families with children. It's almost like an amusement parc in nature. There are a couple of bars and some familyfriendly restaurants.
The benefit in Fiss - Serfaus - Landis is the free pass to go on all the lifts to the mountaintops.
This way you can enjoy a walk in nature, even with small children.

Very friendly union of three little Tirol Villages, perfect for families with kids of all ages. Even prams were available for rent. There are many advantages for tourists staying in any of these 3 villages. Buses and lifts are free, many activities are free too, only some uphill attractions cost some money. The restaurants are quite expensive, but you dont need to eat there every day.

the Super Sommer Card really was super, enabling us to use all the cablecars and lifts for free. Definitely worth visiting this beautiful valley, we will go back for skiing in winter too. We have found our new favourite holiday resort! Great for families with little kids in winter or summer
The hostess is very friendly and always happy to help, our apartment had all facilities necessary and a very beautiful view over the valley and mountains. The location is also perfect - at a couple of minutes walking distance from the locker complex and ski lifts in Fiss, allowing very quick entrance to the whole Serfaus - Fiss - Ladis skiing area!
The breakfast was beautiful and delicious, especially the coffee! The rooms were very spacious and clean and comfortable. The owner, Hannas, was extremely accommodating and helpful every day. It is a wonderful hotel in the most amazing mountain town, and definitely centered around families. We will be back!
Very friendly owners, went out of their way to provide a comfortable stay. The apartment was super clean, had comfortable beds and lovely shower. The location of the apartment is very good, located in a quiet area of Fiss and within walking distance from all the lifts, shops and restaurants.
We had an excellent stay at the Alps Lodge in Fiss. The Alps Lodge is just a really nice hotel. The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious. The hotel also has an excellent breakfast. The wellness area and rooftop swimming pool are also excellent.
