It met our expectations for one night stay over and it was much bigger than we thought. Very convenient even for more people. Well equipped properly. Hotel Fuchspalast is a architectonicly interesting building, the exterior is quite extravagant, room interior fortunately more conventional. Very close to the nice city center. There was no problem with parking behind the hotel. Hotel stuff was helpful, offered us list of nearby restaurants. Breakfast was fine.
The hotel itself is very pretty and the location is perfect. Surrounded by vineyards and high up, it has amazing views of the hills, mountains and the valley below. Eating outside on the patio in the evening was a pleasure. The apartment was spacious and clean. The wines on offer are very nice.
We really loved this hotel. The rooms were clean, breakfast was nice, location is great.
But the best of all was the staff! What a incredible great staff, always nice and happy and really helpful!

The views from the hotel were incredible, with the Karavankan Alps as an amazing backdrop. The staff were very efficient, polite & professional. Our bedroom was one of the new ones built into the side of the mountain & of exceptional quality.
Room was very clean and spacious, bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Interesting design of the hotel and the lobby, kind of feels like it is stuck in the 80s. Front desk personnel was super helpful and friendly.
We were driving by ,i ve got tiered so i decided to stop and by chance i found this hotel which is a beauty. You feel like sleaping in a castle . Staff were very welcoming everything was perfect
