The room was spectacular! We had a wonderful view and patio. The wellness area was a huge bonus…so nice to go relax on the rocking loungers and we throughly enjoyed the sauna and steam room. The best thing was the food!! I had the venison in the cream sauce and it was amazing!!!

There are bus stations close to the hotel and with the guest card you can reach all other attractions in the region easily. Charming town with amazing views of mountains. It's a resort town, lots of shops for ski and hike clothing, shoes, apparatus, lots of restaurants. The Kanzelwand cable car to the top of the mountain is great. The church is so lovely, and its bells ring all day (but not all night). We were there in August, hot at home, so cool and refreshing in Riezlern. The views are fantastic in every direction, the air is so clean and fresh, the cows in summer pasture make such beautiful music with their bells. Absolutely loved it!
The location of the hotel is fantastic - at the end of the road so no traffic noise, with direct access on to a hiking path and a bus stop with a bus to take you down to the village. The staff at the hotel were lovely, very friendly. The apartment was perfect, clean, warm, well-equipped and modern. Breakfast was great - eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Our dog was very happy too as it is a dog-friendly hotel (and town).
This is definitely a place we loved. It is a gem for people that are highly sensitive like me. The rooms are very quiet, in the restaurant the acoustics are good so that your senses are not completely overwhelmed after a meal. We really enjoyed breakfast and the buffet on Saturday evening. The hotel is family-run and the staff is very friendly in a way that feels very natural.
