The gentleman on reception was very welcoming and helpful. The room was large with a balcony. Secure parking was available. Our evening meal was delicious, and the waitress who served us was exceptionally good at her job, spoke English very well and had a great sense of humour. Breakfast was excellent.

Can only say good things about this hotel. Beautiful place and amenities, brand new and very modern style. Loved the beds, the balcony with view over the garden and the little rivulet running by, the cleanliness, the shower,…everything. Top was the friendly and lovely staff. Breakfast was also exceptional. I travel a lot and here maybe it was not as huge in terms of choice as in bigger hotel chains, - but things were first quality, mostly bio, and there were all kinds of healthy options. Highly recommended.

Everything from the quiet location, with convenience shop 100m level walk, the old church in town center only 7 mins level walk, to fantastic breakfast. Too many choices for this buffet. All quality foods and fresh daily. ALL staff were extremely polite and helpful. Getting help in English is not a problem for all staff. Free parking in front of the building, off the street. It is only 2 floors, but has ELEVATOR. Fantastic snow-capped mountain views from our room, #206. Also rooftop area has a sauna (paid) but excellent for only taking pictures of a 270-degree panorama.

The afternoon check-in staff were very polite and considerate. The room was large, nicely decorated and comfortable. The bathroom and the room were spotlessly clean. We had a Chinese buffet dinner there and it was very tasty, catering for all culinary needs. Breakfast was included in the price and was a good selection of tasty dishes.

Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice. Allowed to keep our bikes in the garage which felt safe overnight. Restaurant was closed when we stayed for dinner, but plenty of other options in Lustenau that you can walk to.

The room was modern , very clean , fantastic view of the mountains and all the necessary facilities were available. Super in-house restaurant The 5 course tasting menu and wine pairing was expertly prepared and delicious. The owners were extremely pleasant and very accommodating.
