Lynn's service at the vip club was the best . The cleaner was very helpful to clean up our room and all the staff was great. Includes the fixing our ride and driver that was very helpful to take us to the road. The car was very comfortable. Sky bar is one of the best that i had. With great views. We will be again for sure .

We like that the hotel has been responsive since our last comments 3 weeks ago on their jerky lifts. The lift is now much smoother and the ride is less distressing. We had a smaller room this time vs the Suite the last time. We find that the toilet in this smaller room is a probably a renovated room with much better design - it also has a very clean bath tub. Overall the room was lovely and comparable to many 5/6 stars Hotel.
The architecture. The building design and presentation is exceptional. While the steps leading up to the meeting rooms were a definite hazard, the aesthetic creativity of the architect/interior designer is breathtaking. I also liked the swimming pool, even though I was not able to take advantage of it. The pool and it’s surrounds were peaceful and inviting.

This is my second time staying here, and I still feel this is one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. You are first blown away by the lovely design of the capsules and common areas. Then you look out at the beach and the sea across the street, and it's hard to believe you're in a hostel. Each capsule has light, power, shelves, hangars and even an AC vent. The location is excellent with everything at your doorstep and the walking street just 5 minutes away. Staff are English speaking and very friendly.

the design of the Villa was modern and stylish. the staff was extremely helpful and responsive. the pool was perfect. the signature floating breakfast is a must-try.
It’s a very good design hotel. Rooftop and pool is great design and good view but I don’t think it good for kids and elderly. Hotel bridge is crossing a small canal to the beach. Very convenient and beautiful. Room cleanliness was very good. Reservations response was great.
